New Asia Chinese Restaurant

I’ve lived in CT for over two years and am glad I finally found New Asia a few months ago. It’s good, easy takeout with vegan options that I can pick up on the way home from work. The “vegan two taste,” which is General Tso’s tofu and Sesame vegan chicken, is perfect because I don’t have to choose between proteins and can just have both.

Not just tofu, they have seitan and a dedicated Vegan section on the menu. More of a take out place, not much seating. But I highly recommend

Best vegan Chinese food I have ever had. Faux meat dishes full of flavor! I got the vegan spare rib, vegan 2 taste and vegan fried chicken. Textures were perfect and crisp! I wish I had a place like this back home! Updated from previous review on 2024-09-24

Worst Chinese food I ever had I ordered broccoli and garlic sauce spicy the guy asked again spicy said yes and it wasn't spicy at all and I've never seen such a monstrosity of broccoli and garlic sauce in my life nothing but oil

Amazing vegan menu. In a town with very few vegan options that are also delicious, New Asia is a hidden gem!! They use meat replacements other than tofu chunks (like seitan and tofu skin) and the flavors are amazing. My meat eating friends love what they get too! Awesome food all around

This is my go-to Chinese take out restaurant. My food is always fresh, hot and cooked to order. The staff is friendly and it’s clean inside the restaurant. I recommend!

Tonight was our first time ordering from here. We got a spare rib and chicken wing combo, General tso's combo, crab rangoon and hot and sour soup. It was honestly the best chinese food I've had in a very long time. Everything had flavor, it was fresh and hot. I am definitely going to try them again!
