I tried for first time it was good I had the bacon mac n cheese
After a really long wait they gave me a stone cold bowl of pasta with cheesy glove prints on the outside of the bowl and a random spring onion on my pasta even though the dish I ordered didn’t have spring onions.
We have come here at least a dozen times over the years. The food is typically what you expect. It’s not bad in a pinch. I used to love the Thai soup they had but it was taken off the menu. The dining area tends to get a little grungy. Today, the tables had crumbs and the one I picked turns out was sticky. Kinda gross in hindsight. I also never understood restaurants that sell Mexican coke, or other bottles that require an opener, and never one. Chipotle does the same thing. I’d say N&C is worth a visit in a pinch. Takeout is better.
The pesto cavatappi was alright. Very little pesto, no Parmesan topping and the Parmesan crusted chicken was burnt. I have eaten and do eat at different restaurants across the US and this was the worst.
The shrimp scampi was great.
Good food made quickly. Gluten free options that are tasty.
I've been to the West Hartford location 3 times in 2 consecutive days after excellent experiences at the Middletown location. The 1st was OK the second was better & the 3rd in the evening was the absolute worst. I went to the bathroom and was stared at by staff..then asked for ID to pick up my order. I forgot to indicate utensils online and when I asked for them I was told there were no forks but I could have a spoon. My order was missing ingredients.. I got the roasted garlic cream tortellini with shrimp and steak..it had plenty of salt with no hint of garlic... it had literally bits of zucchini ..no spinach ..no mushrooms..no parmesan.. no parsley... it did have the steak and shrimp. Because I was already treated like garbage I didn't go back again to complain. I should be able to use the restroom and request utensils and expect the ingredients that are on the menu. AND when I request my order by name I don't need to present an ID for what was an incorrectly prepared salty order anyway!
I find this location convenient...however I do not recommend the evening at all. It's OK during the day but at night expect the worst!
First time trying this & let’s say I’m very amazed . I was scared at first but I will be a returning customer . Noodles perfect . The seasoning through the whole entire meal is top tier
10/10 Recommend - Japanese pan noodles (no mushrooms sub for broccoli & extra sauce 🫰, 8.5 -ONLY BECAUSE potstickers $8?!? For 4 count 🙁
Wouldn’t feed this to food to my dog. The spicy Korean beef noddles are only vaguely Korean. My stomach doesn’t feel good after eating here. I won’t be returning.
Today I ordered the pesto parmesan tortellini and it was genuinely a horrendous, salty meal. There were no dynamic flavors, just carbs and extreme amounts of salt. Additionally, the company neglected to leave my drink out for the person picking up my food. I wasted so much money. Awful.

Today was NOT a good day. We ordered 5 meals and got 4. I called back and the girl says "yea it's here...did you wanna come get it???". Then she stated they would remake it. When I arrived, the tall cook was asking questions about it and the same young lady stated how it was never placed in the bag. He aggressively packaged the dish and tossed it on the counter. The other guy bagging foods grabbed the hot dish and shoves it at me. I damn near dropped it as it was hot. Never offered me a bag or anything. I'm confused on why I'm being treated poorly when I'm the one who was missing food amd had to come back to get it. In addition, my mom had a piece of saran wrap in her spicy korean bowl and barely any steak. Normally we enjoy our meals. After today's mishaps, we think we may need to take a break from coming here. I understand mistakes happen but customer service shouldn't reflect being treated or spoken to poorly when as the customer I wasn't wrong.

Ordered online, and they gave me the bag of food, but when I looked at the name, it was someone else’s food.
I asked the cashier, and they said my name wasn’t on the list, when I clearly showed them the receipt, double checked the address, and it was the right location.
So I’m guessing they gave my food to some random person and they didn’t bother looking at the names..
Waited over an hour for an order of mac and cheese with no update. Went up to ask for an update and was given nothing. They were too busy churning out to-go orders to care for the in-store guests. Had to ask for a refund. Will never be returning to this site.

Quite literally spent an hour waiting for noodles, only to ask for a refund. We weren’t the only ones there waiting for over an hour. Extremely disappointed.
