Today I visited with my sister for lunch and our experience was nothing like we expected. We love Olive Garden very much and never ran into any issues before .... Unfortunately we were given breadsticks with mold on them and we did not notice until we had already consumed a few including my 4 year old niece. We recieved our entrée after and could not even eat it due to the thought of consuming food with mold once again. The food did not taste as fresh and great like every other time we visited. It's sad having to write a bad review for a place I've always enjoyed most of all resturaunts. Not sure if I would visit again.

Ben was not just a server but a remarkable host, embodying every quality you’d hope for: attentive, friendly, and efficient. It was a delightful surprise to also meet his wife, Adrianna, who serves with equal grace at the same Olive Garden. Their teamwork added a special touch to our dining experience. Furthermore, learning that Ben has served in the armed forces made us even more grateful for his service, both to the country and to us as guests. Olive Garden continues to be our “go-to” for consistently delicious meals and unparalleled service. This olive garden restaurant is a good example of the franchise, very friendly staff and meet all the expectations you would have of the chain and beyond. Appreciate that they are very attentive to dietary restrictions.Dietary restrictions: It's great that there are gluten free options for dinner, just need to work on desserts now.

Going out to eat through a six of us. Food was great. The service was great. A waiter Benjamin when out of his way even though the place was busy and we had to wait, went out of his way to give us great service. Always checked up on us every few minutes and everything. I gave him a five-star rating. They need more people I can even though it's packed. He did direct with the customers while they're waiting to make sure everything is going great. Keep up the good work. I hope this makes it to his manager so they know how good of a job he did today

Me and my wife went to dinner there on 03.09.24.When we got there we was seated by hostess.We sat there for 20 mins .No server came to us.Yet servers was passi g us by the many, the server was in next booth attending to a caucasion couple.but we was invisible.Then another caucasion couple was seated near us and they was attended to. We was invisible.I got frustrated and got up.went to hostess and told her since you seated us no server attended to us and they are all there walking by us. I told the male server also and he said sorry.Lets start again.What!? At that time the hostess told a server to attend to us.She came and said she is sorry.What? After 30 mins we got tended to.Thus is not the first time this happened to us, I do t think we will be going there anymore.It was embarrassing and seemed racist to both me and my wife. Oh we are of Indian in description.Sad and not customer oriented.
