I haven't been to Park Lane in quite a few years, I live in New York City now but I did live in West Hartford at one time and I owned a house in Bethel Connecticut and I used to drive up to West Hartford and always looked forward to one of your pies. This is a very very very busy place. On a Saturday night. I would plan about an hour for your pizza. It did seem they had a very booming pickup business. I don't know how long the wait was for a pizza for pickup, but it was about 45 minutes to get our pizza.

I got pizza, a salad, and a veggie grinder here for the first time. Pizza was underwhelming but maybe I’m just not accustomed to this style of pizza. Salad was a nice portion, but some of the veggies weren’t too fresh. Grinder was pretty good! I don’t think we will be back for pizza, but maybe for grinders. Customer service was fantastic.

The pizza is great. We like it better than most places around WH. But just beware of getting delivery. Do not use the Slice app they do delivery through. This is the second time we've had our pizza delayed by over 30 min when using the app. It's been an hour since we ordered and it's still not here. Last time we had to get a full refund from the app. If ordering from here, just pick it up if you can. We wanted to give it another chance but we've finally learned our lesson.

Updating this after my initial review from about 6 or 7 years ago. That review was based on probably on 15 yrs of frequenting this place.
Since the reopening it seems that the quality of the food has gone down a bit. And the service, which was always a little bit haphazard, has gotten far worse. Even as somebody who is more or less a regular it seems that everything has gotten a little bit less good since the reopening. We've been a few times since, hoping that the food was just an anomaly, maybe with the new equipment they needed to get used to things, but it seems that everything seems a bit less good than it was before.
This is no longer one of our top places to go in town, unfortunately.
But the remodel did improve the appeal and cleanliness of the restaurant, and it's not like the food is terrible. And if you're somebody going there for the first time you would not realize just how good it used to be.

Lived in WeHa for 10 years, first time trying. This is easily the best pizza I’ve ever had - better than NY or New Haven pizza and I’m not even exaggerating. The texture of the crust is 11/10, I would highly recommend
