I grew up in San Jose so my standards for Pho are rather high. this place was pretty decent for being in Hartford though. chill location and the wait staff was very attentive. I got the bun bo hue, which was not especially spicy, but spice is subjective. we shall see how this place stacks up with the handful of other places in Hartford county that call themselves Vietnamese restaurants
Been coming to Pho Boston for a while now and they are always spot on. The food is amazing and the staff is awesome. The gentleman in the black shirt (I believe he is the manager) is always hustling and super kind. The entire staff is fabulous. Highly recommend Pho Boston!
Pho Boston has been my favorite pho spot in CT. I only ever get the pho—quick, flavorful, and always hits right. They have lots more but I get the same thing. It’s tucked away in an industrial part of West Hartford—not the prettiest area, but absolutely worth it. 🍜
