We ordered through DoorDash. I was really excited to try this place because I’ve been really liking Korean food lately. But, unfortunately I was left feeling disappointed. I ordered the Galbi, the portions were generous but it didn’t taste good at all. It was chewy and soggy. I felt nauseous eating it. We also ordered the spicy Korean Fried Chicken, which was a lot better. My boyfriend enjoyed it. The prices were pretty reasonable when you compared them to other Korean restaurants in the area. But I probably won’t order here again.

The food is excellent and the two women behind the counter are very nice and accomodating. I love Korean food and this place does not dissapoint! I got the Bulgogi and my wife got the Bi Bim Bap (with crispy rice ?) and they were both very good and authentic. They do have seating inside (some tables/booths and bar style seating) but it is more of a take out set-up. Only plastic utensils. Would definately go again

Each time I come to this part of West Hartford I can hardly find the pick and mix because their signage is very dim lit.Once inside I always find the menu an interesting array of selections. I ordered the tofu bowl and decided to make it a combo but they had run out of miso soup, so I can get that extra next time. The summer rolls were light and crispy, and the tofu bowl was absolutely delicious as usual.Just Pull up into the Tunxis Plaza, across from Stop and Shop, and look for Farmington Ave Pizza, and right next door you will see the Pick and Mix!

Tried this place for the first time. The service was great and staff was really friendly. However, I found myself disappointed when I got home and realized I was given the wrong bowl.
Cute inside! Amazing food!! Update: had the corn dogs today they have a sauage option and a veggie option with cheese and potato! Both tasted fantastic the crunch was real!

INEDIBLE FOOD!!!!!!I love Korean food so I was looking forward to trying their version of bulgogi! It was fat, chewy and flavorless. There was so much oil that when I was trying to find a decent piece of "meat", it looked like soup at the bottom of the bowl!

I was disappointed. It was my first time ordering from here, and I placed an online order. I paid extra for extra meat and veggies. There were hardly any veggies, and the meat didn't seem to be doubled. It was mostly rice. My husband's was the same, but just japchae instead of rice, and he only doubled the meat. The amount of meat and veggies wasn't enough for 14 & 15 dollars ( they even felt very light when I picked up the bag). I had a feeling I was going to be disappointed, AND I WAS!!! The hot Korean sauce tasted more like barbecue sauce... not great, and I could barely taste the sesame oil... it was on the dry side. I took the time to write this review because I was very hungry, love korean food (ordered it from Zaam many times, and even make japchae myself), but was very disappointed I hope the owners read this and make changes. We need a good Korean restaurant in our area and there aren't many choices. I would not go back here everrrrrr! I'd have to know things changed!
