Blond girl working the register at west hartford location 9/14 at around 2ish is genuinely so disrespectful. Stood there watching us instead of saying how can I help you for a good 5 minutes . Then after I asked her if I can order she gave me an attitude and proceeded to give me more attitude while ordering. I’ve worked in service for years and I just would never act like that. I don’t know who you guys are hiring but it seems like you’re not putting in much effort and it’s reflecting badly on the business as lots of the customers were complaining about this girls attitude. I will not be coming back here and I will be letting everyone know to not come here unless you want to be disrespected.

First time here today and will be my last…. I waited 15 minutes for one smoothie (despite no one being in line). 2 people after me, were served before me. No apology or anything. Not to mention my stomach is killing me after eating one of their smoothies so I’m not sure how fresh the ingredients are….

I got a nica bowl with no walnuts or peanut butter, they decided to overload the bowl with granola and chocolate chips, it was terrible, barely any fruit at all threw it out after a couple bites waste of 13$ I could tell by who was making it they were a lazy worker as well. Thank you for wasting my money and time!

This is the worst playa bowl location I’ve been too very low vibrational, the gentleman that was working today was very aggressive upon entering I was not greeted I was asked if I had made an online order then instructed to come to where he was standing before I could even respond, wasn’t the worst part but then my order was taken and to my dismay there were coconut toppings added to my mango berry bowl which I did not request and there were multiple rotten berries in my bowl I couldn’t even finish it had to throw it out I’m not exactly sure if there produce is fresh at this location I notice the customer service isn’t that great at any location but I still love playa bowl too much to let a couple bad experiences stop me from giving them another shot I love the whole idea of Playa Bowls and after a nice workout it’s nothing like them it just sucks when you get there and yeah. I always forget to add pictures it’s never until I get to the end of my review and notice that there’s that option
