Good food, but spending $50 for a poke bowl and not receiving enough sauce kinda hurt. Then charging .75 cents for a small side container was a smack in the face

Really good food! I've never been let down by pokeworks locations but this one was also just really chill. The workers were really friendly and explained things very well.

Rice was so overcooked it was paste. But worse than that, nothing rang up for the posted prices at the register. There’s a little note under the register on a piece of printer paper that prices may fluctuate and to ask for current prices. Get real. It’s out of sight and well after where you make your order. If the prices aren’t right on the menu, then you need to get out a pen and fix the menu or at the very least cover up the incorrect prices. It’s downright fraud to ring up for a different price than listed.

Food was so, so delicious. Staff were amazing - super patient, informative & kind with our kids and making sure we got our bowls how we wanted it. Hope to be back soon!

I was out on Black Friday, hungry, so chose to stop here as I love Poke Bowls. I ordered a 3 protein bowl with salad as the base. While going through the line, I asked which sauce didn’t have sugar. I was told that no employees knew any nutrition facts, and I needed to look up information online if I wanted to know something. I kept my bowl simple and used plain soy sauce. Afterwards I was still hungry so I grabbed the seaweed salad pack and read the ingredients on the back .. the first of which was HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. This establishment advertises themself as “healthy” and “high quality ingredients” they were founded on. Meanwhile, who knows what other terrible ingredients I put in my body!!!! Avoid at all
