Never go to Prai Kitchen! You will lose your money for very small portion!!! I place an order to go and the portion was so small your 3 year old child will be the only satisfied customer! IF U WANT AUTHENTIC THAI CUISINE TRY (SOMEWHERE IN BANGKOK) Southington ct!! (Blue elephant) Hands down the best thai food you will ever taste and u get a bang for your buck with plenty food left over to take home!! Prai Kitchen restaurant will never!!!!

If you’re in the mood for Thai food, this is a solid option in West Hartford. After checking out the reviews , we finally decided to try this place.
We started off with the drinks and everyone enjoyed the drinks. They did look fancy with the flower on it but my martini did feel like the alcohol content was less.
Service was good and it was nice to enjoy the food there but with a few hit and miss. Portion size is ok ok.
Roti Canai- 2/5 ( roti was like a paratha and not what is generally served which is generally flaky. Curry was good but potato was very hard)
Curry puff-5/5 ( Loved it as the filling was good and flaky)
Edamame- 5/5
Shrimp sumai -4/5 ( didn’t taste the shrimp at all)
Duck roll- 5/5
Crab meat fried rice- 4/5 ( it was good taste wise but little bland and hardly any veggie)
Emperor chicken-5/5( it was really good and the spice level are really good here so if you enjoy spice do order level 5)
Tofu drunken noodles- 5/5 ( Loved it)
Mango sticky rice- 4/5 ( mango was not all ripe but taste wise good)
Tiramisu- 1/5( IT WAS FROZEN- DO NOT ORDER)
Overall experience was ok. Chairs are little uncomfortable to sit if you plan to be sitting for more than a hour or so .

I rarely give out 1 or 2 star ratings. We got takeout earlier today, and everything tasted stale and smelled weird. The potatoes were undercooked and hard as rocks, in the Massaman curry. There were 2 tablespoons of rice provided with the curry. The Pad Thai was also terrible and stale.
This place used to be good before, not anymore. I'd never go back.

When me and my family were there last year the service was good the portions were decent and service was good today not a good experience at all we had to wait a while to get our order in after we finally placed an order we waited a while food and when it came out we were disappointed we got like 5 pieces of fired calamari which is just wrong. The udon noodles we felt like the portion was minimal compering price wise and the red snapper we all had stomach aches after. The server didn’t even check on us once it was very slow Definitely would not recommend very poor experience we will never go back

Very friendly staff who do a lot with a small kitchen. Nice selection of authentic menu items served hot and quickly. Only issue really was lack of parking on a very busy street!
Parking: Park at City Center Garage and walk 10 mins.

I had takeout and the portions were extremely small for their price. The beef curry only had five very slim pieces of beef for a whole 13 dollars. The taste was alright but the portions were way too small and also applied to other foods as well.
