Fish & Chips should be avoided - fish was not flaky, actually required sawing with knife to cut - looked like pollack, not cod or haddock

The worst service I ever experience at Red Robin.
First red flag. The host gave me eye contact 3 times as she talk to her coworkers working the food line. I had to flag her down and ask are you the host to be seated. Next, we never talked to a waitress. We sat for 15 minutes and no one approached to even ask what we are drinking. And on top of it, its slow. I seen another family across from me that been there longer and they appeared annoyed. They probably stayed because of the kids. But we out. I am not coming back to this Red Robin. Nothing but kids running the place. No care, no customer service, no nothing.

I visited this Red Robin location recently to have a nice dinner meal with my husband and while the food was delicious and we received decent service, there was an experience I had that completely shocked me...
After my meal, I needed to use to the restroom. Everything seemed to be cleaned decently, but I noticed that there was a huge wall of toilet paper at the sinks. This wasn't a huge problem until I washing my hands and they all began to tip over and fell across the entire bathroom. There were very many rolls of toilet paper that I had to clean up and it was so hard to keep track of where they all went so not only did I have to pick and put them back up myself, but I also accidentally tripped on one of the rolls and fell on the floor during the process. I am not entirely angry that this happened to me, but It's something that could have been totally avoided and I'm a little bit disappointed, I even woke up the next morning with a bruise from where I fell. I'm not sure if this is usual for cleaning and procedures, but it was totally unexpected since my husband and I were just wanting a night out to dinner. I wanted to share so something like this doesn't happen to someone else..

Haven’t been to a Red Robbin’s in a very long time. Went shopping in the area and just wanted a quick dinner.

The burger and Chips with Queso was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great and the location was clean and friendly. Our server was great and made the experience better.

Will definitely be stopping in again when in the area.

A great place for something simple and quick. Would recommend, cheers 🥂

Haven’t been here in a few years. Ordered my go to burger with pineapple and and teriyaki. It’s a little messy but good. Our waiter was friendly and helpful.
