There aren't too many places that have it all, and Bricco restaurant is one of them. The first thing you notice is how complimentary the hostesses are to helping you find the perfect seat. Be at the bar, inside in the cozy dining area or outside on the mezzanine that reminds you of a Parisian street in your favorite arrondissement or some wonderful side street cafe in Florence Italy.
The ambiance speaks for itself as everyone and everything seems to compliment one another.
I always rely on my water or the waitress to help me make the best choices in choosing my appetizer, entree and dessert.
Bricco is a place you want to let your guard down and try something new as the chef has an amazing way of making shrimp taste amazing on a pizza or reinventing the flavor of chicken parmesan that makes you feel like a kid again sitting at your Mom's table tasting food that is made with passion and patience.
Whether your taking a date your wife, husband or even yourself out, you can always count on Bricco to make you feel special

We came right after work during a rainstorm and this resturant was a very cozy and relaxed vibe. You can really tell that this is a family-owned business with skilled chefs. Our waitress was respectful and calm. The Penne was out of this world and the brick oven pizza hit the spot perfectly. I would recommend coming here for an intimate 1:1 dinner reservation. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the happy hour, but it was busy as well.

Bricco is a W. Hartford staple! They've kept it up and didn't disappoint when my fiance and I visited. If they ever have the peach pizzeta on the menu, get it! Definitely a surprise of flavors that you wouldn't expect together that were the highlight of our meal! And of course dining outside on a nice night is always a treat. Staff was attentive and kind, and I saw them treat kids at the table over extremely well. Just things you like to see!

Typical Italian food. Nothing special decent overall, commercial feel like a Bertuccis. Lacked a family atmosphere that you get a mom and pop Italian restaurants. Pork Belly watermelon salad had the most flavor in comparison to the meatballs, fried calamari, thick spaghetti with crab meat. Olive cake was decent. I believe the service person had to oversee too many tables. I felt bad for her

Usually one of our favorite place. But, today I called and asked if I need a reservation and if the place is full. I was told we could just walk in even after I said we are 15 mins out. Upon reaching we were told 30 min wait and when I brought up that I was told , the host casually told me it can change very fast. So much for calling in and attempting to make a reservation. Very disappointed

Excellent food and service. Went for lunch with 2 small children, they had an excellent kids menu and high chairs.

Excellent service and above average food. We welcomed a great experience from just having moved here. Now having tried several other restaurants, I would rate this as one of the better ones

I give this place one more try once again you failed As it was my friend's birthday, I requested to the host while making my reservation. Okay, I'll let your waiter know at the end of the evening, she said. I begged the waiter to kindly talk to the host, and he brought the check. She wants you to know something. He said, "Okay," then asked, he come. Back"Who's the birthday boy?" and asked, "Do you still want your cake?" I can't understand why, after I explicitly told him it was a surprise birthday cake , i asked how hard is to just bring the cake and that dollar store candle— I told the manager a run a deaf ear worst night ever.

Had dinner with a friend here for the first time. Food was fantastic, and the staff was top notch. Great location in West Hartford with indoor outdoor seating.

Our favorite Italian spot in the Hartford area. Freshly made, locally sourced, authentic Italian cuisine. Favorite is the eggplant parmigiana and homemade pastas, everything we tried has been amazing. Kudos also to Megan, an amazing server.

I recently visited Restaurant Bricco and ordered the wood oven baked rigatoni. It was incredible! Featuring Italian sausage, peas, plum tomatoes, cream, and mozzarella. The sausage was fresh and perfectly cooked, the peas added great texture to each bite, the tomatoes were full of flavor, and the mozzarella sealed this dish up just right. Reminded me of a home-cooked meal from my Italian grandmother. Absolutely loved it!

The staff were attentive and respectful. I’ll definitely be back!
