Melissa took excellent care of my husband and I for our first visit to Bricco! We celebrated our 1 year anniversary and it was perfect! The peppered tuna was fantastic! We had fried calamari, bacon wrapped dates, salad , lemon cake desert and espressos! The Aperol spritz was also delicious! Ambiance was relaxing but beautiful! 10/10 we traveled from new haven to visit! Was definitely worth the 45 minute ride! Thanks Bricco!

Briccos bianco pie is the best pizza I ever tasted in my 26 years of life. Billy grant is a genius

The grilled artichoke appetizer, Caesar salad with shrimp and Grandma’s ravioli were delicious. Focaccia bread brought out right away was a nice touch. The coffee served here is a brew above the usual weak stuff served in most restaurants. The service here is outstanding; attentive and friendly and willing to accommodate. Will definitely go back.

A picture IS worth a thousand words and these gross things were filled - Not cleaned, but filled and used for cocktails. It says everything of what the Owner/Manager/Server/Bartender think of their patrons who give them their hard earned money. Totally disgusting and Bricco should be

I made a reservation for a Sunday afternoon at 6pm two days prior. Upon arriving, they did not have a table ready for me. I waited for 40 min for a table to open up. I can't say I've ever had to wait that long when making a reservation. Having former restaurant experience, this would be considered appalling.Otherwise, the food, the service, the environment, the aesthetics, and cleanliness were all amazing. If it weren't for the wait time, I would've given a 5 star review. But that alone was enough for me.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

The staff is exceptional! It’s very rare to find a restaurant that’s the longest standing in a city to retain the same wonderful employees from the day they opened. They are well versed in all aspects of chef Billy Grants magical home cooked Italian cuisine. The food, drinks, atmosphere and overall vibe is warm and inviting, not to mention the prices are reasonable . Big thank you to the Grant brothers who’s passion for West Hartford and their culinary entertainments has given us an iconic Italian restaurant to enjoy.

Exceptional food. Arrogant service. If Billy trained his staff to focus more on the customer experience would be so much better. I've been to Briccos many times as a West Hartford native and the haughty attitude leaves a very bad taste in the mouth.

Chef Billy Grant's food is layered in warmth, texture and wrapped in love!! Italian Cuisine that satisfies that craving of your Grandmother's home cooked meatballs. Many of the staff and servers have been with Bricco since their doors opened and continue to make their usual customers feel welcomed and at home. The revamped atmosphere was designed with the same warm Bricco branding speckled with a bit of vintage pizzazz. Check out Bricco Trattoria in Glastonbury for another exceptional dining experience!!!

After reading all the great reviews, my husband and I found this restaurant to be very underwhelming. We started with the whipped ricotta appetizer which was good but very rich. Then my husband ordered the chicken parmigiana and I, the wood oven baked rigatoni. In a word, meh. Neither of us really enjoyed our meals, they were lacking in flavor and were sub par. We found the restaurant to be a bit pretentious and expensive for what we got. Our server was good until the end of our dinner when business started to pick up and it took a long time to get our bill. It's safe to say we won't return.

My family and I had a wonderful time for lunch! Everytime we visit the food is superior and the hospitality is stunning. Melissa was our server this last visit and we enjoyed her etiquette and mannerism. Thank you!?

Bricco just remodeled...except they need to completely remodel the remodel. It is Absolutely horrific. Apparently they used a low budget decorator that is lost in the 80's. Its totally depressing, like a funeral home in upstate New York that serves great food...Just nauseating. What is with the organza bacon strips hanging from the bar ceiling? An appetite suppressant? UGGH! And the overly LOUD play list, it went from the BeeGees to AC/DC to Micheal Jackson to Def Leppard...WTF?!!! Apparently they don't subscribe to pandoras "Italian Sidewalk Cafe". We had dined at Bricco 2x a week. We Could not wait to scram from there. Even left our doggie box. Take a drive to BNapoli in West Springfield to experience an inviting and beautiful up to date eatery. We will make the trek to glastonbury. Same menu and a delightful Tuscan ambiance. SO SAD...
