I recently moved to Hartford not too long ago from Manchester, and this is the best Rita’s I’ve ever ordered from. Though I’ve never been in the store myself yet, they have been super accommodating and sweet through DoorDash. The management team is very kind! If they don’t have something they will let me know as soon as I place the order. All in all, please order from them. You won’t regret it.

Rita’s is truly like no other place I’ve ever been to. We drive 45 minutes just to come here for their ice, custard and happiness. Rita’s frozen custard is just amazing. It’s sweet, creamier and thicker than a regular soft serve ice cream. Their Italian ice is some of the best I’ve ever had. You really can’t go wrong with any of the flavors they have.
