The food was disappointing and very basic, compared to the reviews in Google. The atmosphere and service were ok. The price was a bit on the high side. I wouldn’t go back again. Two of us ordered three dishes (California egg Benedict, French toast, BLT sandwich) with lemonade and orange juice. Lemonade tasted a strong hint of paper (likely from the container), French toast was in the worst appearance I’ve ever seen and tasted below average. BLT was ok (difficult to screw up, though.)

They know how much lactose is in their food and they know how to accommodate those who are lactose intolerant.

Sally and Bob’s is a great little breakfast and lunch place in downtown West Hartford. it's got your basics with a few twists as specials like ricotta pancakes, which is nice. They also make their own corn beef hash, which I think is always important in a breakfast joint. The service is exemplary, everybody is very friendly… Especially nice to see in the morning. Highly recommend this place.

Such a homey place. The food tastes homemade and perfect for a weekend brunch. They refill coffee and the hospitality is really family like. It can get busy sometimes with a wait time and other times it's not so busy. I've been here twice and I enjoyed it both times. It's not a place to sit eat and work, it's more like a let's go have brunch with family and talk kind of place. I enjoyed it here.

Amazing breakfast/lunch spot. Always pretty busy ~noon but service is fast and employee’s check in many times to make sure everything is good despite the crowd. Lots of seating. Family friendly. Superb food. Big portions. Low prices. All around great service/atmosphere!

Best breakfast spot in the Hartford area. Best food, service and atmosphere of any place I've had in Connecticut.

This little diner style breakfast place lives up to all the hype its long time clients give it. The best omelet I’ve had in the state of CT and delicious home fries. Tina, our server, was friendly and upbeat and exactly who these groggy eyed customers needed serving them breakfast. Bravo!
