Very disappointed!!... We went into the restaurant 7:30 on a Friday night and asked for one of the signature dishes.. the fire mountain nachos.... Only to be told by the woman behind the counter that the main component of the dish QUESO had run out and it would take 5 to 10 minutes to make more if we wanted that order...... How do you run out of the key ingredient to one of your signature dish??
Unfortunately we were not able to try any of the food because we were so upset......

Favorite place to get food in West Hartford-easily. Maybe in CT??!? Either way Bianca and Janira are doing a great job. I’m thinking raises are due!! Haha- either way. You guys are the best branch in CT. And I’ve been to a few.

Visited today for the first time and got two Birria Avocado bowls and a soda for $28. Bianca and Diamond absolutely killed it in service, and were super friendly. Would gladly come again! The food tasted delicious, fresh, and had good portion sizes. The location is convenient as it's in a shopping mall too. I wish they'd give more salsa with the chips but that's personal preference.
Definitely recommend this place for a bite to eat.

Parking: Massive parking lots nearby, but it's always busy since it's a shopping area, so you might have to park a few hundred feet away.

Got a really yummy & fresh chicken bowl!! Unfortunately, the girl they had working at the front was all by herself (manager ? Where art thou?) . Due to this, she was trying to do many orders, and was slowed down . She was quick, and very nice, once she was actually able to get to me (pay her more!)
I feel that this would have been an improved experience with better staffing. Will be trying it again soon! :)

Food is decent when you finally get it. Ordering online is impossible and west Hartford never answers the phone. Unfortunately it doesn’t get better when you try to order in person. Staff seems to be untrained. It is sad because we were hoping for a good alternative to chipotle.

Service is not consistent, the amount of portions vary by staff and if you ask for more they want to charge extra specially not for beans, lettuce and cheese all employees should be trained to serve the same amount. There was no corn or cilantro lime sauce.
