I came to get nachos and got COLD chips, SHREDDED cheese (not melted like nachos should be) and it appeared to be as if they were rationing the toppings. I waited for a very long time and was VERY disappointed. Will NEVER recommend if this is what I get. disappointing.

I ordered the mvp burrito with extra queso. Even though it did taste good, it was missing bacon, lettuce, cheese and the extra queso that I paid for. Needless to say...do not order online. Go in and watch them make it.

I'd really like to like this place, but after they've consistently disregarded our order and just gotten it flat wrong. I've had ENOUGH. How hard is it to double-check a ticket to make sure you've got it right? Makes me wonder what else they're cutting corners on if they lack ANY attention to detail. Sigh. Customer no more.

Came in to get my daughter the children’s 2 taco meal. They only had milk which my daughter can’t have. No juice. When I asked for a substitute was told I could get a soda. We don’t drink soda and there was NO JUICE in any of the 5 or 6 fountains . The employee wiping the tables said they aren’t in charge of the fountains and they had been empty for a week. This is my 3rd time coming to Salsa Fresca. I first went to the newest one in Avon, CT. I spent $20 for the worst meal and service on the planet. The young man was only doing his job but as a customer I won’t ever return.

The West Hartford location is always clean, I've only had friendly and helpful service, the food is always fresh with plentiful protein options, toppings and sauces to choose from, and, every meal is ALWAYS delicious. I literally have not had a bad meal at Salsa Fresca. Everything truly is fresh, and you will taste the difference between their food and the competition. Food wasn't terrible overall. Restaurant is clean. Entrees were comparable in price, quality, and size to other local chain restaurants. Queso was really gross and ended up in the trash without being eaten. I would give this place another try to see if they had an off day maybe??
Will for sure never return to this restaurant. Every single time I try to order in person, it’s a disaster. Today was a tipping point. Stopped in for what I hoped would be a quick lunch. Stood in line for over 10 minutes without a single “be right with you, sorry for the wait” etc. nothing. I left and went across the street to 5 guys and had my food in minutes.

This is by far the best fast food place for tacos, burritos and other Mexican food. I ordered a build your own quesadilla and it was amazing. The flavor was so full and I will definitely return if for nothing else. The ladies there are very friendly, even offered me another item when I had ordered something they were out of. The atmosphere is very inviting, love the cleanliness and the music. This place is a little pricey but worth it, you pay for quality and quantity. My only con is that the fresh lemonades and teas were empty but overall had a wonderful experience and will recommend and return.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Placed order online for pickup, and quoted time was about 20 minutes. Arrived to pick up 5 minutes after quoted time to be told "they'll make it in a minute," only to find out the only meat they have tonight is ground beef (not what we wanted). The employees seemed annoyed that none of us were enthused about only having ground beef as an option, and didn't offer any solutions when we asked what our options were to change our order. I ordered nachos and my husband got a burrito, both of which were cold when we received them. Unfortunately I don't recommend this restaurant.
