Ginger molasses cookie was so good I bought another immediately after and breakfast sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. What a gem of a bakery!

Holy smokes, my pain au chocolat was SO good, the best I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their offerings (especially the breakfast sandwiches)!

I had their chocolate croissant from radial coffee in Vernon… it was like soft bread! Terrible!!! Then a day or so later I had a muffin….terrible! I make better products at home! If you make croissants you should at least try?

I have tried other sourdough bread and none compare! I am enjoying a sandwich right now using a fresh loaf of specialty sourdough that I picked up this morning. You can’t go wrong with any of the baked goods. 🙂

Kevin and his team create beautiful food here. Worth the wait, walk, drive or whatever mode you prefer to get here and visit the Gastropark to try their hand created bakery items. The sourdough is unmatched. The cinnamon rolls will change your outlook on life. Kevin is an absolute gem and a wonderful addition to this community.

Love this place! We got a blood orange pound cake slice and their focaccia breakfast sandwich. Both were incredible but highly recommend the sandwich! It’s inside the gastropark so it’s nice to be able to get a coffee along with breakfast. The line gets crazy here so go early. We also got the cinnamon bun — it was good but it looks like they prepackaged them and ours looked like it was smooshed and tossed inside. ? still tasted good, but I’d prefer another sweet treat next time.
