Depressing bagel and cream cheese. Coffee was okay. I asked for very little flavor because I don't like sweet but I guess I got the full flavor. Way too sweet.
Friendly staff.. chicken pesto panini is great and smores bar. They run out of some stuff and if you order online they say oh sorry.. like no!
Stopped here for breakfast since we were too late on getting breakfast at our hotel, and ordered the Mike’s Sandwich (a bacon egg and cheese with cream cheese) and guacamole toast. The bread was very fresh, and the Mike’s sandwich wasn’t bad - the cream cheese was definitely an interesting touch. I had the guacamole toast and was pretty disappointed with how plain it was. I should’ve looked harder when I ordered, but I assumed it would come with a topping of some sort that would give it some flavor, even salt and pepper would’ve been acceptable. It was literally the plainest guacamole I’ve ever had and ended up adding my own salt and pepper to be able to get through it. I did like the vibe of the place, and my boyfriend liked his coffee, but we felt the place was average.
Come and get coffee tea eat and sit in a relaxing environment while working on your phone, tablet or laptop. Very friendly place and everyone is nice.
This is supposed to be a coffee shop but the coffee was only mediocre (at best). Ordered a Belgium waffle that came out rubbery and soggy. Usually a Belgium waffle is crispy and sweet and with powdered sugar, not these. Prices are outrageous and there is zero service. Pay $31 for 2 waffles and 2 black coffees and then have to clean your own table! No thank you. Will not return.
Great coffee store in west hartford with great choices of breakfast options.
Pricey, but the jasmine iced green tea was absolutely delicious. The focaccia was delicious and perfectly made - not too hard or chewy like most places.Staff was super friendly
Delicious coffee. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza ? it was delicious! Nice spot very friendly staff. Loved this place!
it is good i will say so that’s why i give it a three star rating but it is OVERPRICED for minimal food. i ordered 2 drinks, 2 meals and 1 baked good which all costs $60-$70 which is unheard of for breakfast. if you’re looking for overpriced breakfast items then this is the place. like i said, food is good but incredibly overpriced for simple items.
I got a lukewarm hot chocolate. Request for hot water was apparently not heard or understood. The man was nice enough to give me a new cup but it was still lukewarm. Staff seems self-indulgent and more interested in their phones. The query of "What's up" when I approached the employee is not personally how I would train baristas to engage with customers.

We stopped in during the Blue Back Square Holiday Stroll event and the cafe was hopping. The two staff members were working hard to keep up and managed to keep smiles on their faces while providing great service.
The new house-made Chaider (chai + cider) is delicious!
Over priced! Two breakfast sandwiches, one coffee and one quesadilla $40+ dollars. Come on man, it’s breakfast. Was good, not $40 good, at all.
Friendly staff. Really good coffee
I work at the local hotel not to far from here and we send our guest here all the time. I personally will not be recommending this place because 1) This location does not answer the phone and I believe they may even have it unplugged. 2) They seem understaffed all the time. 3) The food doesn't come out on time. 4) They don't seem to follow any instructions for specials requests. They just make everything the same.
