I have ordered the "Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso" 3 times in this location, all 3 times it tasted completely different than in other stores. As you can tell from the negative review, the taste of the drinks were subpar. On top of that, they add too much ice to the drinks. After scrolling through the reviews, this is not a first from this location. Moderate the level of ice in the drinks, please. After 3 sips, I'm already done with my drink.

The service was awful. Asked for a tall beverage and received a grande and got charged for a grande. Server was so rude, grabbed it from me, threw it away- what a waste and then gave me a tall which was made incorrectly. Had another server help and they were also rude. No politeness and kindness here. All they had to do is not waste a beverage and refund for error. Worst customer service. I am very disappointed and shocked at the same time. The amount of noney these drinks cost, customer service should always be amazing.
