I dreadddddd coming to this Starbucks. My order is always wrong - and then when they go to correct it, it’s still wrong. The service is super off and the employees seem so mentally out of it. Literally miserable.

I have ordered the "Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso" 3 times in this location, all 3 times it tasted completely different than in other stores. As you can tell from the negative review, the taste of the drinks were subpar. On top of that, they add too much ice to the drinks. After scrolling through the reviews, this is not a first from this location. Moderate the level of ice in the drinks, please. After 3 sips, I'm already done with my drink.
