I thought the 100 million dollar CEO was going to prioritize people visiting their sites over mobile orders. I’ve been here 20 minutes waiting for my latte. I’ve watched 10 people come and leave before me who ordered on mobile. Never again.
Ps. I feel sorry for the folks who have to work in these understaffed stores, subject to the staffing whims of the company’s staffing optimization systems. It’s no wonder there is a nationwide strike and boycott.

I have always loved this location until a new person to my experience has begun working mornings. I’ve been consistently asked if my dogs are service dogs(yes) by this newer face. I’ve always gotten my coffees with extra ice and never had a problem. This new person also handed me drinks about 3/4 of the way full. I am very disappointment with this persons attitude and lack of caring for their customers that spend a lot of money per drink ordered. This person should be given better customer service training. Ruined two mornings in a row. For $5.10 my cup should be filled with extra ice.

They are very friendly. That’s a plus . It’s always crowded and you usually have to wait a little longer than expected. I use to go here every morning until I realized they were putting hot water in my drink instead of the correct amount of steamed milk. The manager offered to make my drink over which I appreciated. I stopped going for a while. I went back last week . Same watered down drink . I can go to any other Starbucks and my drink is perfect. I won’t be back . If you notice your drink not tasting the same . It’s probably water

This is a very nice Starbucks. They recently did renovations and it’s very nice. They have a fantastic selection of coffee blends and the baristas are all very kind and friendly. They were willing to engage in nice conversation with me. All in all, very good experience.

I have enjoyed Starbucks for years. I love how they introduce so many delicious sandwiches, refreshers, and coffees.
sadly a once wonderful coffee shop destroyed to pander to starbucks' capitalistic greed. where once many chairs and tables existed, it is now an airport lounge with almost no seating pandering to the mobile orders. get 'em in and get 'em out. a wall of leather seats and some counter seats. barely anything for wheelchair patrons except for a single table. depressing, soulless. goodbye starbucks.

I've seen so many complaints about the new renovations. I was curious enough to finally go back in. I have no idea what the complaints are for. Have y'all ever been to literally any coffee shop ever? It looks SO much more accessible for employees behind the counter and honestly feels more accessible to customers. It's so organized from order to pick up to keep a flow going. The seating is plenty, it's just pushed to a single line around the wall but there's tables for people to sit across from each other still. Every time I've been here, I never saw every single seat occupied so y'all just need to calm down about not being able to sit here and enjoy time with others. There's a flow to the space now that feels open and nice. Personally, I think people in this town are entitled and they hate change. But they always calm down and find something else to complain about. This Starbucks is nice and fresh and clean. Everyone take a deep breath, get your coffee, and enjoy. There are much bigger problems in the world haha :)

I Have not been in this Starbucks and not been ignored. There are people lined up waiting for their order. Cashier walks away from the cashier. While people are waiting to put their ordering every time I go to the Starbucks, it's the same thing.
