Since last year or so, everytime I order through the mobile app (or in person), they tend to mess up ALL my coffee orders in one way or another. I've contacted customer service a few times to get reimbursed for their faults. A lot of the newer batistas seem to not have the proper training or are not learning the drinks menu.
