I come here all the time to pick up coffee. I came through the drive-thru this morning and realized my drink was off. I had to rush off for work but I came back about an hour later and let them know and asked them to remake it. The women at the counter were so kind and helpful about it and they remade the drink no problem. They even gave me a voucher for a free drink for my next visit. Once the drink was remade, the barista even had me try it to make sure it was right. I was very happy with their service and accommodation! I was pleasantly surprised to get a free voucher on top of the drink being remade for free. Great customer service is refreshing in this modern world. Thank you!!

Don't listen to the review of Tamarah... she was an employee that worked there and I assume is a disgruntled ex employee who probably got fired because from a customer standpoint she was awful. I came in one night and she was very unprofessional. She was so rude to customers. I personally wouldn't trust anything she posts. As for the store I go there all the time and it's so much better since she has left. The one employee at night Alija is great and a lot more professional. The store is honestly a great Starbucks.

This location is CONTAMINATED with BLACK MOLD and INFESTED with gnats/fruit flies . They are embedded in ALL the sinks , drains, and pipes near ALL the bars where drinks are made and in the back where dishes are washed ! The GNATS CONTAMINATE ALL the fruit inclusions , vanilla bean , malt , and matcha powders , as well as the frap chips and the syrups . They are clearly displayed in the pastry display case along with sitting pastry items . There’s black mold in and around ALL the sinks , in the pipes and drains . These are the sinks where they make the refreshers and Frappuccinos and the shakers , blenders , and pitchers for matcha are placed here on all that mold . Most employees are not cleaning the counters and sinks properly or even remembering to wash their hands . All of the dishes and store equipment are rinsed in luke warm water and thrown into the dishwasher without proper use of dish soap , hot water , and sanitizer by most employees . Roaches were found in the walk in fridge that house all of the food items , milks and refresher bases . The manager encourages this unhygienic , toxic , and hazardous environment and doesn’t care if your food and drinks are contaminated as well .
There was one customer at the register when I walked into the store, the barista disappeared after they took their order and rang them up. I then stood at the register waiting to be helped for almost 3 minutes. Another barista finally showed up and took my order, a short dark roast. She told me it was Sumatra, but it was not, it tasted more like a watered down blonde roast. When I questioned and said it didn't taste right I was told it was definitely Sumatra. Sumatra is my favorite roast and I drink it daily so you can imagine my disappointment and frustration at this response. At that point I just left in defeat as this has basically become the norm for Starbucks, terrible service and terrible quality. The workers have become emotionless robots that don't care about the customers at all. Starbucks is dying a slow painful death

I picked up my drink about an hour ago. Although I placed my order online in advance, I still had to wait around 20 minimum when I got there. I understand that only two people were working and it seemed busy, but overall, it wasn't the best experience.
Saw somebody new (Tosh ? Didn’t quite read her name) bringing positive energy during Sunday morning rush. Great hospitality. My drink was delayed and she offered next one free

Rude and my coffee I order the same way everyday in Manchester was completely different.. cold brew was not mixed and was given an attitude about remaking it. After already having a bad day.. won’t be back

Customer service is completely awful here! Rude staff. Clearly an issue if they haven’t had a good review in the past 2 months!
It’s 6:17am on a Saturday I ordered my coffee ahead as I always do, drive over to the store before work AND THEYRE CLOSED! $6 coffee and THE STORE IS CLOSED. Starbucks app lists them as open as does google so THANK you for WASTING my time this morning! Oh and taking my $6 because there is no way to request a refund in the app 🙃

Please retrain your staff. My coffee order always comes out very close to the same at any other location. This one was very watered down. My friends was very milky. $7 for a coffee should have more coffee in it.
