I had no issue with this establishment until they started asking for tips and my beverages started coming out wrong. Before they didn't ask me for any tips and my drinks cane out just the way It was supposed to, they started asking for tips and everytime I decline, my drinks have never been the same, I can't count how many coffees we end up throwing out because it's terrible. Sad because at first it was wonderful and then over time the experience got worse. I'm not going to be putting money towards not only a bad product given to me but the fact that I feel like I'm being forced to tip just to get something I already paid for.

I’ve been going to Starbucks for 15 years. I know how the coffee usually tastes. This location is the worst location I’ve ever experienced. Multiple times because it’s next to my job. The recipes should be the same as all locations unless the customer customizes a drink. For example, a caramel macchiato is a basic sweet drink. Every time I order it at this location it tastes like straight ice espresso . No flavor. No sweet. The lattes also. Corporate should go over the recipes with this location. Something is missing from the manual. I’m spending my money or wasting my points on something that I can’t even drink once I arrive at work because it’s disgusting.

We went to this location yesterday before our trip to the beach. I have never been treated so poorly by a barista.

We wanted the new caffeinated berry and citrus drinks for our trip to the beach. We had our own Yetis with ice so the drinks would stay cold. We ordered and asked for no ice. Immediately, the young woman at the drive-thru gets nasty with us telling us we won’t get more of the drink just because there’s no ice. That was absolutely not our intention! We just wanted to use our own Yetis to keep our drinks cold!

Her attitude left A LOT to be desired. Perhaps don’t assume and be kind in the future. I’m certain it doesn’t matter, but I won’t return to this Starbucks location. Kindness goes a long way and is so easy to do.

Went through the drive through after an app order the other day. As the transaction ended I wished the barista a good day. And then my amazing barista said something I never heard before, but delighted and made me really thing. "Have a meaningful day". What a gracious comment and something to really think about. I wish I had caught their name, but THANK YOU for kind comment.
