Absolutely horrible experience, forgot my items and when I called to confront about it they blamed me and the dasher and continue to tell me that they don’t even have what I ordered and yet they have my number to call and let me know because I payed for it right? Nope just gave me a sandwich with no drink. Not to mention wrong but order! Unbelievable. Also I was on a phone with a girl so fyi she got extremely rude attitude. Never buying from here again !

I use to like this subway UNTILL tonight and the night before they closed at 830 and I can't get my money back only credit on the app. These little kids just choose to close the store when they want I will be contacting upper management due to the fact the website says they are open till 9pm Ii made an order at815 and the doors were closed they wouldn't let me in night NUNBER TEO they did this today is Friday night no excuse why bc they want to go party?? I'm furious. And of course noone will care or honor that the open hours, and there was zero emergencies to have been closed two nights in a row at 825pm and I will be passing this along to further people in town.

This place literally gives you no vegetables if you order online. The employees are nice tho but Comon if you work at big Corp aren’t you supposed to the the bare minimum when customers ask for something?

Always out of everything!!! Today for example no soda anywhere in the cooler. No wraps. I was told by the employee. “They are frozen right now”. Numerous times out of italian herbs and cheese bread! Oh and by the way don’t go there with a credit card because the” machine isn’t workin”. Not last week either?!

I normally order from this place with no issues. Today, I ordered through app and requesting to pick up at 2p. I arrived on time, and my order wasn’t even ready. A bit disappointing, they were sitting around and doing nothing. I put three stars because I still want to keep coming despite what happened today.

I went to pick up an Uber eats request and this store is closed early 7pm on a Weekday when the website says there open till 9pm? The girl behind the counter looked at me like I’m wrong. Makes no sense.

I just left without ordering because there was no social distancing between customers and one of the sandwich makers’ mask kept slipping off her nose and she kept touching it to put it back. It was disgusting and unhealthful.
This subway sucks ! Super slow ! Never get anything correct!

I’ve given this place so many chances and I don’t know why at this point. I don’t think I’ve ever met a crew of employees who cared less about their job.Every time ive walked in, the staff looks at me like I walked into their living room to order a sandwich. They’ve messed my orders up on several occasions and I’ve walked in on more then once to find out their out of bread.Dude YOURE SUBWAY.I don’t know what management is doing but it’s definitely not their job.

Come here out of convenience being in the center and blue back Square but for being a West Hartford location got to say subpar service. At least visit here once a week between the hours of 2 PM and 3 PM how is it possible to run out of meatballs and or soup or tomatoes!?at 2pm!? I was told one time oh yeah the guy before you came in and ordered 10 sandwiches? Do you mean to tell me that subway in West Hartford only has enough tomatoes for 10 sandwiches for the entire day again these are between the hours are between 2 and 3 PM? The owners of this place don’t pay particularly too much attention to operations on a daily basis here seldom are they open to the hours posted on the door staff seem to start closing up extremely early and leave when they feel like it.
