Never going to Subway again, the "philly" sandwich i ordered was literally made on a hot dog roll sized bread. skimpy portions and was absolutely not worth the $14 I paid for a so called foot long. Subway has stooped to a new low with how they're using the shrinkflation as an excuse to absolutely rip-off customers with their joke of a sandwich. Make your own sandwiches at home. F Subway

Sandwich was good as expected. I was the only customer there. The manager went back behind the counter to help and ended up wrapping up my sandwich without any gloves on which is concerning.

PETITION TO CLOSE THIS SUBWAY DOWN!!! I used to work at the location in weha and let me just say first of all, the other workers that I worked with weren't very nice to me and they would also speak another language to each other so I couldn't be a part of any conversation, second off, the manager would get after me for adding "too much lettuce" but I can't even remember how many times he would "forget" to toast the sandwiches, and third off, everything comes from bags, and I mean EVERYTHING. Cookies, the bread, the olives and banana peppers, the TUNA (which isn't even in the fridge it's just in a bag that you mix with Mayo), ect... And I've ordered from there for a long time and it's just so ridiculously overpriced now and when I was picking up one of the orders recently, a man came in and asked the manager if he could check one of the meters in the back and the manager said no and kind of like kicked him out. That just seems a little suspicious as a customer because why wouldn't he let him just check the meter? Also, I just ordered from the location and both me and my boyfriends sandwiches weren't toasted even though we can see clearly that on the receipt in all caps it says TOASTED for both of them. Also my boyfriend ordered a BLT and the bacon was uncooked and chewy. I hate everything about this specific subway. NEVER GO HERE EVER!!!! DO NOT waste your money here.

I love the teriyaki chicken on the artisan flatbread! Actually, anything on a flatbread is gonna be great! The guy making my sandwich was very nice and overall, I had a great experience! This is my 2nd time getting the teriyaki chicken and it certainly won’t be my last, either!

I have tried numerous times to give this subway a chance and each time it's a different dilemma. Stopped by on a Friday night for two-foot longs. Right off the bat, they tell me they have no roast beef. I am sure they had some in stock but were not interested in bringing it out at 830 at night. Meanwhile, a female customer is arguing with one of the employees about a coupon discount they are not honoring.After paying more than 17 dollars, our subs were marginal at best. Very skimpy in every way and the employee smoking a cigarette in front of the store when I pulled in never washed his hands when he went inside.This place always fails at every turn. I'm just shocked they remain in business. Evidently, West Hartford patrons seem to overlook cleanliness, customer service, and a store that is not neighbor-friendly at all. Rarely do the employees have a smile on their face and the entire atmosphere is similar to a sweat shop.Never again! I gave them more than one chance which was my bad.

I have always ordered Baja Chicken & Bacon in recent months and I have had it at least 10 times. I came to this Subway location for the first time and they put regular chicken instead of Rotisserie chicken. I pointed out the mistake and the lady who was making it said it's supposed to be regular chicken. She asked either the manager or her mother who also said it's supposed to be regular chicken. I said the photo of the BCB sandwich in the Subway shows it to be Rotisserie chicken. They disagreed. I got the Rotisserie chicken anyways and they made it sound like they were doing me a favor. Subway website's Product Details clearly shows that BCB contains Rotisserie chicken. This location may have served countless customers with the wrong ingredient due to their lack of knowledge. Very disappointed.
