I recently dined at Taste Of India and was blown away by both the exquisite Indian cuisine and impeccable service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The menu offered a tantalizing array of traditional Indian dishes, each bursting with authentic flavors and spices. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and offering excellent recommendations. Our meals arrived promptly and were beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight, showcasing the chef's mastery of Indian cuisine. I've lived in Houston and Orange County for 8 years so let me tell y'all that I was pleasantly surprised this restaurant had the best naan, specifically the garlic naan, I've ever had in my life. Everything else was absolutely delicious. I tried lamb patia for the first time at this restaurant and it's become an instant favorite. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

The food is always delicious no matter what we order! The service is friendly and responsive; fast but you never feel rushed. Their food is fresh, rice is fluffy, vegetable are my favorite. When we ordered a shrimp dish, there were so many shrimp it made splitting the dish with everyone very easy.
I highly recommend this restaurant, it is a pleasure going there.

There was a Bandaid in the lamb Rogan josh!! I put a chunk of lamb in my mouth and started chewing, but didn't get far because it was so chewy with a weird texture that i will now never forget. Wrapped around the lamb chunk was a freakin Bandaid ?. You can tell from the picture that it simmered in the sauce for a long time. By far the most disgusting thing to ever happen to me ?. I brought them back the plate in the picture, had to demand a refund, and then they had the gull to ask if I wanted any free takeout ?. Told them I'm never eating there again. What did they expect? That I'd want more bandaid curry????!!!!
So I don't usually review, just rate, but I have to say, I could have drunk the Pasanda sauce for the Lamb Pasanda I had tonight ¡DELICIOSO! I also had a vegetable samosa, mango lassi, and mango ice cream. So rich! So creamy! Absolutely delicious.

A very solid, no-frills, Indian spot Have all of the classics, and do them well I often come here with my family, and we split a variety of dishes. That seems to be the way to go Very friendly staff, solid food, and a classic menu. What else could you want??

Ordered chicken tikka masala with garlic naan and was very disappointed. The garlic naan was burnt and also chewy/hard to eat. Chicken tasted like microwaved chicken.. it was chewy and rubbery. The sauce was okay.. I ordered it extra spicy and it was somehow still bland and definitely not spicy.
