The texture and consistency of their boba has been good everytime we've gone. Firm but not too firm, tastes fresh and not too sweet. Flavor wise we've always (for the past 5 years) liked the honey milk tea, regular milk tea, taro and jasmine milk tea, even dropping sweetness to 25%, with less ice. It's not been bland for us yet, fingers crossed it won't be in the future. The interior is lackluster and there isn't seating it seems. The menu is also lacking visuals like many other boba places have.

my friends and I ordered the vanilla milk and mango milk bubble teas, and what we received was a watery, unsweetened, untasty mess! the teas were both very bland and tasted (and looked!) similar despite their different flavors. also, no seating at all! this place used to be the BEST place in the center, but for the price ($6 for a small!) you can get much better elsewhere.

The employees here are absolute racists. In 2020, me and my friend (both black women) walked in to order our favorite drink. As we were walking in, the employees were saying the N word (hard R). We were so shocked and none of them even tried to apologize. If you like your bubble tea served with racism, this is the perfect place. Personally, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

It lost its essence. The tea is great, the staff is friendly as usual. But there is no sitting area for customers or bathroom. The sitting area is blocked off and the bathrooms are not for customers. I got there with my books and paid a dollar parking for a 10min interaction. Had to use the bathroom else where and read in my car. It was raining, outside reading was not an option.

They are quick,friendly have good prices I really like their tea because they are not overly sweet like other places and if I got the wrong one by accident they let me keep it and make a new one right away
