I arrived with my family at 8pm and was turned away as the hostess said they were closing soon. Their website and hours on the door said 9pm. Why not just change closing time to 8pm. Disappointed and will not be going back there.

This is a lovely spot for a dinner alone, for two, or a small group! The staff does a great job of welcoming guests, and the food is fantastic! Try a seasonal cocktail and enjoy some comforting atmosphere.

Overhyped and below average Thai restaurant. This is the most unathentic Thai food we have ever eaten. I wish I could describe the taste of their drunken noodle better than "bland yet oddly sweet". Their green curry was passable but not great. Unsure if they had recent change in cooks but did not expect this type of food from a place so highly reviewed. Only thing positive we can say is the staff were friendly and attentive.

This indicates an important detail; the food is freshly made and prepared.The bottomline is that most peoplewill find a truely special option here within the options of customization.Vegetarian options: most items can be made vegan. exceptionally even the curries can be made vegan.

Went here after hiking at the West Hartford Reservoir, the food is amazing, I loved that they have specialty drinks and food tailored to their name. I tried The Blue Elephant cocktail which was fruity and the perfect drink to accompany the chicken B.E.T. Fried rice I chose for lunch.
two separate dining experiences back to back, we were served peanuts after explicitly stating to the dining staff that we had a severe allergy. peanuts were also served in dishes that did not even have them listed as ingredients. absolutely unacceptable

Very weird situation happened when my wife and I went here to celebrate our anniversary. I got reservations and we were seated. After we ordered we looking around at the other tables and saw every other table had a happy hour menu. Puzzled because we werent offered happy hour we asked our server about the happy hour and she said its only for the bar and because it was slower in the dining area, they were seating people from the bar there. The spring rolls that we ordered was something like $7 when on happy hours they were $3. The server refused to give us the happy hour deals so we paid for our over priced spring rolls and left. Needless to say we wont be going back.

My daughter brought home dinner from Blue Elephant, a place we'd never tried. We got the calamari, spring rolls, pad thai, and the drunken noodles.Oh. My. Gosh. The meal as a whole was amazing, but the calamari??? Was divine. Usually when you get take out and being it home, things get a little soggy. Less crispy. The calamari suffered no such fate. Crispy, flavorful, NOT rubbery at all!!We're definitely getting food from them again. I wish I'd taken pics for you all, but we were too busy stuffing our faces.
