Where do I start! The minimal menu. That after half of the meals were done, we were told the pasta for 2 of the meals still needed to be made? How about that there was no toilet paper just napkins in the bathroom and the toilet was clogged? No I know, the side of tots they forgot to make, we watched sit in the pass for 15mins. The waitress finally came back on the floor and we grabbed her attention for her to say "oh, I thought I already came them to you." My burger was dry and I had to pay extra for cheese. Needless to say they will never see me again

Could not finish our sandwiches. Turkey burgers solid as hockey pucks and no. Fun ambiance, but eat elsewhere. That bad.

I took my daughter for a comedy show at the Elbow room to cheer her up this weekend b/c we're going through a hard time at home. The place was pretty dead only 10 people counting the two of us, and about 6 comedians. None of the comedians were funny and on top of that one of the comedians was picking on me b/c I didn't laugh. When he asked me why, I said b/c you guys are not funny. He asked where is your husband, I answered in the hospital, and his answered was "probably b/c you stabbed him. " Then, he kept saying that probably I was a racist! I thought his comments were of very poor taste since my husband was in the hospital having a tumor removed. I've been to many comedy shows, but never to this place. I regret wasting my money going. Neither my daughter nor I thought that any of comedians were funny. I definitely never coming back to this place. The bartender, and the people working there were very nice and friendly.

Beer ordered was not close to what was ordered . Manager came over and said maybe the lines need to be cleaned ? Served warm as well as the other non beer drinks... nachos came .. pulled pork completely dry . Restaurant was dirty from doors windows and bathroom. I'm out

Very good burgers. Sort of weird vibe with attached LOUD bar space. Bathroom is in strange location and not clean. SOOOO many beers on tap though, so it's easy to overlook the small stuff.

Overpriced and bad. The location is great.We had the beet strawberry salad, overdressed, the ingredients were poor quality.The drinks were bad and overpriced. Aperol spritz, espresso martini, strawberry daiquiri. All bad.

Came here with my boyfriend and had another lovely experience!! It was my 2nd or 3rd visit and we just loved the ambiance and the people watching and the drinks and the food. Must say... the drinks were strong and I can't quite remember exactly what I consumed but that's the way it goes sometimes ... ;)

I've been coming here for years and I always loved it until recently. The new staff sucks, drinks are gross and over priced, the service on the roof is so slow tha its not worth the wait. the big muscle bartender is rude and made me and my friends uncomfortable, and the old fashion he made my boyfriend was tragically bad. I don't know what happened with this place but they need to make some changes. Definitely avoiding this place this summer.

Great atmosphere but god awful service. Rooftop was packed and they had one waitress, but she spent all her time talking to her friends. Food is mid.

Rooftop was very crowded and people at the bar were extremely roundly and obnoxious, bumping into our table as we were eating dinner. Food was mediocre, missing the goat cheese in my salad as advertised in the menu. There was also a hair in my salad that was sent back to be remade but I waited a good 15 minutes for my new salad, still missing the goat cheese. I would not recommend coming here or even to the rooftop unless you're planning on getting obnoxiously drunk with your friends who are still stuck in your college days.
