This business model is silly. Unless you're going here for mediocre instagram photos, stay away. We had a reservation, they were over 45 minutes late seating us, with nowhere to wait. The entire place was dirty, food crusted on the furniture, sticky floors, and dangerously wet restrooms that smelled like urine. There are no servers. I repeat, no servers. You place your order online and wait an insane amount of time for a random person to bring your food. The food was not good, and was very overpriced with low quality ingredients. At once point, the hostess had to walk away to come help us bc staff hadn't filled our order for almost an hour. I believe they intentionally take as long as possible between serving to run out your time limit.

Had an awesome time celebrating coworkers birthday for brunch! The food was delicious had the wings, curly fries, onion rings, and the Cuban Reuben! What made it really good was our Bartender Ricky, who was super attentive, made excellent recommendations, and served up the most delicious mimosas! It's employees like Ricky that are gonna keep us coming back thanks again to the Place 2 Be Staff!!! You all rock :-)

I went to the place 2 be today and had the best time. The atmosphere was fun and my morning rooster was delicious. The manager Emma and bartender Bella were helpful and amazing.

My server Kareem was amazing! I have been to The Place 2 Be in West Hartford 4 times and each time the service and the atmosphere has been great (though very packed)! The most recent time I went was on a Saturday in the afternoon for brunch and I was a little disappointed. In the past the food was both visually appealing and delicious but this time it was different. I'm not sure if there was a new chef or anything but it seemed as though some things were done differently to make the food come out faster. For example, I ordered the Southern Benny and that typically comes with spicy hollandaise and pickled onions as well as bacon in the waffle. This time when it came there was regular hollandaise with a pinch of hot sauce on top, no pickled onions, and no bacon in the waffle. TO say I was disappointed was an understatement. Either way, I will most likely be returning just in case this was a one time thing but fingers crossed it's back to normal.Parking: Very cramped.
I went on Easter Sunday and had an amazing time! The food and drinks were great- did not wait long to be served at all. Music played the entire time, the decor was beaut and me and my girls took took some great pics- ambiance was so fitting! Quiesy was extremely knowledgeable about the food and drinks, she was super fun and helped us celebrate a birthday! she even took pics for us! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Victoria was our waitress, and she was AMAZING!! She took the initiative to ensure that our waters were consistently filled and that our table had everything we needed. Victoria was fabulous as a waitress and probably the best waitstaff I’ve had the opportunity to interact with in my life. She seriously deserves a raise. This lady was WONDERFUL!!!
