I ordered food, went to pick it up an hour later and they didn’t even start my order. Guy with glasses at the counter would tell me they were packing up my order when they didn’t even start cooking it yet. Worst chicken place

The cashiers didn’t know how to enter in the promo code that’s sitting in their window. Had people waiting in there for 20+ minutes to just say idk. If it isn’t valid then take it out the window.
Walked in and smelled like poo. Then I get up to the cash register lady was on here phone didn't even realize I was standing there. Then I realized they were on some powder if you know what I mean hopefully they didn't drop it in my DRY wings. Then the cook was singing and dancing with AirPods in probably listing to some shitty stuff. Then they cashier couldn't count my change. No napkin. No fork. One blue cheese. Do better wings over; west Hartford. (Not worth 16 bucks for 6 wangs)

I’ve tried to support this business of and on for years. Seems nothing is changing and it’s the same poor experience time and time again. Frequent any restaurant in Greater Hartford 50x and you’re bound to have a few hiccups, that’s natural—but Wings Over Weha is by far the worst experience you’ll receive and at the highest frequency. Your order will never be ready when scheduled, ever. Your order will sometimes be accurate, sometimes. Every now and again you’ll get deliciously sauced wings only slightly over cooked, beyond that you’ll find yourself disappointed. I don’t typically leave reviews especially negative reviews but my goodness I’ve had it. Do better, wings over.
