So I tried both Xian Famous Food in NYC, the one that made multiple headlines and hyped up to be amazing and this small restaurant Xian Noodle Factory in CT that I never heard about. The dough was not fresh on the pork steamed buns at all. Also everything was a bit overpriced. Broccoli in noodle bowl was too crunchy. Maybe would be better if sat overnight and sat in broth.

They hiked the price by 50% of what is listed on online menu. I ordered spicy beef noodle soup and fried dumplings which cost me over $28 without tips. Taste is good but i cannot justify it based on the price. I went there around 6 pm on Friday evening and no one was dining in or taking out. There are only three dine-in tables. Not going back again.
