Went there for my Granddaughters wedding reception. We were supposed to be in a private room. Instead, we were in an open dining area right next to the bar! The bar was open to the public, and there were around 20 people at the bar being excessively loud and getting very drunk! We could not enjoy our reception because it was so loud! And we were charged $50 a plate... why, I have no idea...because meals on their menu average about $25!! The food was terrible! Chicken parm was very thin sliced chicken that was dry and overcooked. The pasta was stone cold with hardly any sauce. And I question the cleanliness of this place: the floor in the bathroom was "sticky", my cloth napkin had something stuck on it and had to ask for another one. We spoke to the manager, but to no avail. All she kept saying was that she had been in business for 49 years! She had absolutely NO customer service skills, and offered no possible resolution, no apology....nothing! She was very rude! In fact, she blamed my grand daughter for not coming to look at the place before hand! I warn all potential customers: please be careful in considering this place for a private event.... do yourself a huge favor, don't even consider it.... there are other reputable places in the area that deliver great food, fantastic customer service!

So much food for a very reasonable price. The veal marsala was excellent. Soup, salad, bread and a main course. I had 3 more meals with my take home box.

The owner is the hostess! She is a miserable person and it shows to customers. She only cares about large parties and is not polite to her other patrons. I have to say, her nasty attitude is why I will never come back. Let’s move onto the good which is diner quality at best. Raw meat is served but owner thinks it’s ok. Overpriced third party desserts. No concern for customers.

This is by far the highest quality food in west haven. I bet even with 30 miles. The owners are fabulous and the food is amazing. Great outdoor entertainment during the season Not only do I love to have a great sit down meal the cater all our family’s gatherings. When a family member was down and out Linda the owner delivered the food personally and made sure we had the whole experience even though we couldn’t make it there she brought the restaurant to us. Amazing people and food. What’s worse than going out to dinner and still being hungry…WELL NOT HAPPENING HERE.
I joke”I don’t go to Biaggetti’s for the food, I go for the leftovers! You will leave more than Thanksgiving stuffed with plenty of leftovers!!

I planned a surprise 75th Birthday Party for my husband, we hadn’t been there in years since we only summer in Ct. Well, I am here to tell you that the event was absolutely flawless and the food was out of this world! My guests were overwhelmed with the portion size and deliciousness! The private room that Linda (one of the owner’s) had set up for us, a group of approximately 30 was lovely, festive and table tops were beautiful! I would not hesitate to have dinner or any function there, their experience and expertise is beyond what I could have imagined. The owner, Linda sat down with me and gave me several options and advice in regard to how I would like the night to unfold. This restaurant has been family owned for many decades and it shows with their commitment.

I have dined at Biagetti's numerous times over the years, for dinners and parties. Every time I have visited, the meals were exceptional, and the service professional and attentive. This last visit Linda made it extra special for my mom's 96th birthday. I highly recommend that if you are in West Haven you take the time to have a wonderful and relaxing dinner at Biagetti's.

What a fantastic restaurant!! My group had the Chicken Parmesean, Veal, Prime Rib that would flip Fred Flintstones car!, and a Vegetarian dish.
Our wait staff was so efficient, pleasant, helpful and nice!
The tall gray haired waiter was fantastic!! He was accompanied by a tall female waitress who was also perfection.
Bar area was tight. You could eat at the bar if you choose.
The moment we walked in, we felt like family. Linda, the owner. & Scott, our waiter went out of their way to accommodate us wuth our 14- month old grandson. Both the service & food were exceptional. Portions are huge, & dinners still come with BOTH Soup & Salad, plus generous portions of sides: vegetables and pasta. The marsala was delicious. Thank you Linda, & Scott, and all who worked in the kitchen to make our celebration even more special. We will definitely be returning.

Came it by myself for dinner on a busy night, I was asked to sit at the bar and was reluctant but assured I would be taken care of. My visit was perfect, great food, the soup was amazing and the portions were large, mostly enjoyed the details in the preparation. The veal was outstanding and I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Highly recommend!
