Nina is the rudest employee ever. I used my electronic gift card 2 nights ago. I just went to use the remaining balance and she told me no. insulted me. refused to give me a managers name or corporates number, just got off the phone with corporate after googling their number and they were shocked.
Horrible customer service. Manager jaqueline very rude !! not helpful when order was wrong in drive- thru.
Did not make it right.
Definitely can’t get it your way at this location.
Would not recommend this location.
