Not as good as most of my posts 😕 I felt uncomfortable and the whole place was smokey. Someone had to unlock the bathroom door for me to enter.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Burger King — and it happened in the drive-thru. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. To make things worse, the manager was speaking in Spanish and referred to me as “dirty”, which is completely unprofessional and offensive.
Rather than providing decent customer service, they seemed more focused on rushing the process and protecting their audit times than actually helping customers. I wasn’t treated with respect, there was no courtesy, and absolutely no effort to resolve the issue or explain anything.
It’s unacceptable to be insulted and dismissed like that, especially at a business where customer service should be the priority. I truly hope Burger King’s corporate team investigates this location and holds the staff — especially the manager — accountable for their behavior. You should not be in this community if you do not want to serve guests in a hospitable manner.

Avoid this place at all costs. They are rude, abrasive and never resolve customer concerns. I observe how they treat customers and do not deserve to be supported. I was called “Sucia” by the manager. Language and linguistics are for everyone. I’m continuing to voice my concerns until I have a resolution. I ordered food everyday for a week ahead of time and was cursed by staff and management when I arrived well after the pick up time to ensure I can have my food. You will NOT have it your way here.

I ordered Uber eats from here and the lady working there gave my order to a random person, or so she claims. But I caught her mixing up her words basically revealing she was lying and had the food kept secret or something. I don’t know.

I asked them to leave the pickles off all four sandwiches I ordered. He put the order in correctly but the person who assembled the fish sandwiches put pickles on them. The two whoppers were done correctly.
I was there about six years ago. The place was filthy, the seats cut up, and they weren’t serving something that they had a large poster up promoting. Would never go there again!

Service was just okay. Cashier was good. sandwich artist skimped on bacon on my sandwich. You pay for a large and barely get fries or onion rings. To top it off their drink machines were down. food was fresh because I asked for it that way of course. A few flaws but decent establishment. Sitting in the lobby currently the cashier hands a man in the lobby a coke. She told me their drink machines were down… after ordering I asked for a cup of ice and she said it’s 75 cents but next time… after I paid for a large meal
