I ordered from Uber eats today and the whooper , snack wraps , fries and nuggets were all fresh and hot . With good portions . And nothing was missing .

The Impossible Whopper is good. It always seems to be overcooked every time I get one though. Not just from this burger King. Ive gotten them from different ones and the same thing with being slightly burnt. However, I'm just glad a fast food chain finally came up with a veggie burger version. Been a vegetarian my whole life so it's always been an 'I'll just get fries' kind of situation when going to places like that.

This is the burger king i usually go to because it’s closer to my house. They have NEVER gotten my order right. there is ALWAYS something wrong/missing. the employees don’t care, they have really bad attitudes and just genuinely suck at their job. They need to do some serious firing and rehiring

Horrible place i was late 2 am they got me on drive-thru for almost 20 min and look they deep-fried meet insane you guys claim your burger are made in charcoal no in the friyer Horrible
My husband purchased 2 fish sandwiches from the Elm street location West Haven and they were over cooked dried burnt left an awful taste in my mouth just nasty I tried calling ? ? for over an hour linecstayed busy ? Wnd result Never again .......One unhappy Westie customerBlah!!!?????

I know BK is fast food and a massive corporation so I try to not need it, but when I do, this particular spot has some of the absolutely nicest people working the window. Idk who does the hiring but I hope you know you got a talent finding good people. After a long, hectic and sometimes emotionally exhausting day, having someone smile and maybe laugh with me absolutely makes my night. The best was the young person who offered me to add fries or mozzarella sticks to my order and when I said I was watching my sodium intake and as a vegetarian there were only so many choices on the menu, this quick witted and friendly employee asked if I wanted some bottled water ?. 100% had me cracking up. Can't even put words to how many times little upbeat interactions with the folk at the drive thru window has reminded me to see the good and be grateful I got a hot dinner that night. I can't say enough good about the people working there. I hope they hear this and know their work isn't just helping me, it's helping my family because I am happier and no longer hangry when I get home and they are helping me feel like we got good community in New Haven. Thank you all.

Not only does this Burger King screw up my order EVERY TIME (my record is having to return 4 times on a single order) but they don't honor any of the offers in the app. Total waste of time and money, why can't West Haven just have a McDonalds like everywhere else?
