I went a few weeks ago, the food was good but very little for the price and the lady got angry because we didn't leave her the tip she wanted. I may eat again but only to take away because if they demand a good tip they can give the most beautiful dishes and treat the customer better.

I went a few days ago and the waitress was really rude. Instead of feeling welcomed, she started rushing me and my partner to leave. We didn’t ask for the bill just in case we wanted to order more while we were eating. She brought us the bill and said to leave 15% of tips, like it was mandatory with the type of service she was giving us. They overcharge you for everything, even if it’s a small container of hot sauce. They used to give you a small container for every chicken you ordered and now they charge you for it. The food is good, is just the treatment and overcharging of things that ruined the experience.

The treatment of the lady with short hair is horrible. I don't know her name, but the treatment requires giving a 15% tip. The bad behavior is not professional. They charge for everything. It is not worth having a dinner in that place. They should be kinder. I don't have so much disgust horrible

This was a biiig disappointment … ! Ordered for dinner today for two pieces of dried up seemed like a day old chicken… I wouldn’t feed to a pet. The cost was 36 bucks for what.When I called back ironically no answer… this will be reported on… 1st & last time !

Have been eating here for so many years. Since before the 1st fire. ☹️ Well my friend lived right above and we would come down often. The food if anything has gotten better and better. Arroz con Pollo, Medio Pollo, Tostones, Maduros, and of course Flan. Oh! Inka Cola!

Price is way to high. Chicken is great but the other day I went and spent 25 dollars for a a quarter piece of chicken,french fries and rice w/ beans...but at 25 dollars?? I wish I took a pic !! Mas mejor y mas barato si yo cocina esa en mi casa...de verdad.
there food is I will never eat at this place ever again! I spent $50 on food that smelt and tasted terrible! it was rotten chicken like it was cooked days ago! I would not recommend eating there at all! I should have known better when I seen that no one was even in there eating when I went! This place should be shut down!
