Who is the manager at this chipotle because it’s literally a joke. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go they are constantly out of food. They always forget items when you order online , it’s dirty, and the people who work here are rude.

Originally ordered delivery from this location, two bowls one with steak, one veggie. Upon receiving the order the quality was atrocious and my bowl was filled with over a cup of black bean water alone. I took it upon myself to go back to the store and was helped by the manager working Richard. He was incredible, handled the situation exactly as one should and left me with a much better feeling about this location overall. Please recognize the good service of this employee as he is a significant positive impact at this store front. Thank you to Richard for making a frustrating circumstance a much more pleasant experience.

*BE AWARE WORST SERVICE * It was rude and arrogant Attitude of the staff. They were already out of 3 toppings, still continued buying veggie bowl. I asked staff to give me sour cream on side and by mistake he added into bowl so I requested him to keep it in separate plastic container. He right away said I AM NOT SELLING TO YOU. And he right away trashed my bowl. It was such a RUDE attitude and not willing to give a service to the customer. I would never visit it again. Not recommended.

The employees were dirty, no hair nets, garbage cans over flooring with garbage, shortage of food, food service area was not clean. A fly crawled out my food when I got home ready to eat my meal. Willz never go back as a first time customer. Do not go to this Location!!!

Worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Ordered a large guac and the cup wasn’t even full. Asked for more and was told “that’s it.” Terrible service. Branford location does it right and actually fills the cup.

walked in to place my order at 10 pm , they close at 11pm, mind you. music blasting food all put away and they all gave me dirty looks and attitude because i had the audacity to walk in to order food at this “ungodly” hour. Insane. i am extremely disappointed and will not be back to the west haven, ct location ever again.
Very lazy employees , there was a line of people and employees didn’t provide good customer service. There were 3 guys not working and not doing their job.
