As a local business owner I would never do this to my clients,

however i have to point out that it is absolutely criminal that the management of this specific location on sawmill road in west haven, I believe on line orders are being ripped off, my wife and I ordered a chicken burrito and what we received was a rice burrito!!! Literally no chicken at all ( no exaggeration) I can’t believe it, they are robbing people that’s the truth very sad!! I will never again order from this location!! The owner of this location needs to step up!! Terrible sorry to say!!

Restaurant was filthy and as we walked in we were yelled at saying they have no chicken no steak no nothing but pork and barbacoa , surely around dinner time they should be more prepared.

This Chipotle is 2nd worst only to the one in New Haven. You have to flip a coin if it will be a good or bad experience. Frequently they are missing items on the line, missing forks and napkins, and there have been times my sour cream was frozen. Today took the cake when they charged $2 for a cup of water.

Went to Chipotle tonight in West Haven, CT 10:10 pm. The staff look like they were cleaning up and one worker yelled out before we reached the counter, we only taking cash and we cannot give you change. I guess their system was down. What kind of mess was that. They could have said order online, but offered no resolve. They just kept cleaning and talking. Terrible customer service.

I’ve been to Chipotle’s all over the country and this was the worst one I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the staff incredibly rude but they were out of all the proteins but pork or the plant based. They ran out of white rice and when ordered she asked if I wanted white or brown rice , I said well you’re out of white so I guess I get the brown and she replied with a mummmhum. They had no proteins other than pork or plant based at this point. After I checked out the sodas were all out except Mr Pip. As I began to eat my meal it had an over powering taste of vinegar. I did not finish my meal. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever experienced throughout the country, their standards are not. With the company or its brand. I will never eat here again and will tell everyone I meet not to eat here. 0/10

First of i understand waiting in a long line, the issue is that i waited 10-15 minutes and when i get to the glass the gentleman just looks at me , doesn’t greet or say anything, i proceed to order my food and i notice that there’s no beans and the fajitas veggies look burnt and the meat they do have look dry and burnt. I ask the gentleman if they had any beans and he proceeds to tell me that chicken will take 20 min, i ask again about the beans and he tell me there is none after waiting in line for a long time. I asked him why wouldn’t any one communicate that for the people standing in line for 15+ minutes. he replied with something along the lines of if you don’t want it you don’t have to have it. This location literally disappoints every time and it’s so frustrating especially when people spend 20+ on an entree, i haven’t been to this location in months and decided to give it another try, but never again.

The restaurant was dirty and out of essential items. After ordering and paying we were informed there were no forks to eat our salad and bowl and were given spoons. The ice did not work and the soda was flat but we weren’t told this when we ordered our drinks. No napkins.

The burrito was very poorly wrapped. We were the only people sitting down to eat and every table had left over food on it. Water cups are $1.77 now!?!?
