I really liked the steak and cheese sandwich- It was hearty and full of flavor. The gentleman behind the counter was really nice and had a great sense of humor- he made me feel like family. If I lived here I’d definitely be a regular. Check this place out!
I have been coming here since I was 12. I am currently 31. Mr and Ms. Corso has been nothing but amazing! Always a good short laugh, super friendly and people person. Super old school Italian! I love it. Sad when I spoke to him that he will retire in a few years and he will close shop. I am praying someone will buy his store and continue the Corso Legacy. Not many Deli’s like this around anymore.
Stopped in here for a quick lunch while I was in the area. Heard good things about the cheesesteak, so I had to give it a try. It was a decent size sandwich and you could tell the steak was fresh. Being from Jersey, the first thing that jumped out to me after one bite was the bread. It was extremely soft, which is something I’m not used to. Don’t get me wrong—I liked it—just wasn’t expecting it. The sandwich itself was good, but not great. Could’ve used a little more...
