Called an order in & the women at the register was horribly RUDE just because I was asking for prices. Most of these women shouldn’t even be at the register if they can’t give proper costumer service. The pina coladas were horrible & gave Me a stomachache, seems like they were sitting for a whileee. Overall the service was RUDE. Don’t buy from here. Waste your money somewhere else!

I was there today and the Lady was super rude! (Always had an attitude)It wasn’t just today .. it’s multiple times I have an issue. She tries over charging me and when I didn’t pay her .. she said “ next time don’t stir the ice cream or else I can’t take it back”! I hope she doesn’t put it back in the cooler and gives it to someone else.

She was very friendly I ordered one of the Monjitas wich has shaved iced with flavors and strawberries on top. Sorry but there was not even one strawberry. I love giving good reviews to Spanish businesses but I paid $7 for iced with flavor.

Everything I have tried it’s delicious, the place is really clean but, I do have a complaint, I went there with my husband on Thursday last week around 8:35, the door was already locked, the girl that was inside saw me and my husband because we knocked but didn’t really acknowledge us. According to google they close at 9pm if that’s wrong it should be corrected.
