I was actually next door at Mainport Fish and Chips I wouldn't go to any of the dairy Queens in New Haven because of the cockroaches My father was a manager I saw what they looked like inside.
I just order on uber eats and I ask for a chocolate brownie extreme with no fudge and extra chocolate chunks but I just received a chocolate ice cream with none of what an ask for 😠.

Very disappointed in this Dairy Queen. I think some of the staff need training on how to use the machines. We paid a lot of money for a couple large deserts and they were smalls. I wish we just ordered the smalls. Pictures to follow.

HORRIBLE experience. Rude workers that don’t want to do their job. They had a very negative attitude towards me. They got my order wrong and I couldn’t redeem my deal because the cashier was very lazy and didn’t know how to do her own job. Never coming back here.

Nevertheless, during my visits, I’ve observed that certain employees at this location lack effective communication skills when interacting with customers. On my most recent visit, I encountered a short white girl who exhibited a negative attitude towards me, speaking in a harsh and unpleasant manner and I really felt uncomfortable with her behavior.It is crucial for the staff to address these behavioral issues promptly, as customers may perceive such conduct as being racially biased.
