This has got to be the worst Denny’s location of all Denny’s.45 minutes for food to come out cold.Terrible service.Food is tasteless.$75 for a family of four breAkfast.Dirty condiments on ta the salt shaker.Brought it up to manager when I paid out and he just shrugged his shoulders like meh it’s normal here.Will never eat at denny’s west haven CT until they literally clean up their act. Not safe for consumption.Oh and we all have diarrhea after that experience, thanks

We were here with the family a while back. Of course, going to a Denny's you get what you expect. That does not take away from the fact that we were happy with a good meal, late in the evening, with swift service and with excellent and friendly staff.

Horrible experience. When we got there, there were only 3 tables with people so it wasn’t busy at all. But yet, after 45 mins our food still wasn’t at our tables. The blender was broken so no smoothies or milkshakes. The coffee machine was down. The waiter was only at our table once, when he took our drink order. A second show up with an apology for the wait would’ve been nice. Or at least an update on our food. We were hungry but super frustrated on service that we left after an hour of waiting. The man sitting behind me waited 20 mins just to be greeted. Won’t be coming here again.

Stay away from this place. Bad vibes. Unprofessional. Disrespectful Management. They don’t adhere to the hours that they advertise. They are always short staffed. It’s privately owned so most of the employees don’t care about pleasing clientele. So good luck trying to find any accountability or apologies from their team.

The waiter was awesome, but the pregnant waitress was very cold and insulting. Imagine spending almost $60 bucks and given a plastic bag to put your left overs in. It's not the same Denny's of old.

We haven't been to Denny's in at least 15 years. The menu has been updated since then and is full of delicious looking food. Everyone enjoyed the food they ordered. I upgraded the hash browns to fresh fruit. Fresh was not an exaggeration. It was all perfectly ripened and freshly cut.

Any other day I go to Denny's I get a waitress she always checks on me she always comes to see she gets my order right on this day it was a little Slack but everybody has off day and nobody's perfect the food was great no problems there just left out some of my order but other than that I was happy

Low prices, when ordering a set menu with a delicious dessert included. And you drink coffee as much as you want, the price is like for one mug. I recommend that food is brought within 10-15 minutes. Super
