The pizza was really nasty 🤮🤮 I’ve never tasted nasty pizza like this I guess is because the made it real quick.. I call and order 3 items and within 5mins it was ready I will never buy pizza from dominoes anymore

Came in here the other night. 5 people working, nobody had gloves on, they all go on their phones, pick their nose. One guy was sweating so bad it was dripping on the ingredients. He left to take a phone call keeps his mask below his nose (not sure what the point of the mask was. I paid in cash, received 90 cents in Nickels. I have the lady a bad look she laughed and turned her head. So unprofessional. I watched my food come out of the oven. It was freezing cold. The stuffed chicken bites came with cheese on them. I didn’t get a bite of cheese it all just fell off and half of it was burnt to a crisp. I’m so disappointed in a damn dominos. WEAR SOME GLOVES!!! nobody wants to eat your damn food with your nasty ass hands all over it.

Worst place ever don't go here. Very condescending very rude!! Hire people who actually want to do their job and aren't money hungry harassing people for tips. Domino's, pay your workers so they aren't at our door like solicitors begging for more money. I never received my order because I wanted it placed at the door but the driver wanted a tip from me so refused to place the order and eventually left with it. They refused to refund me multiple times and told me to wait outside for the driver and cold food. They finally gave me a refund with an attitude and no explanation on when it will go back on my card and about my rewards points. The man swiftly hung up on me. If you don't like your job go find another one, don't bring down a business and make people's day bad.

Avoid this Domino's because of the rude staff and terrible service! At this Domino's, I had the worst experience. Dining was open until 1:00 AM, as the sign on the entrance made clear when we arrived at 11:59 PM to eat in. However, we were rudely told by the personnel that the eating area was closed and that we would have to get takeout instead. The fact that we couldn't eat and sit inside was never brought up. The whole point of ordering from a fast-food restaurant was ruined when we discovered, to our surprise, that all of the food still needed to be cooked! The boss and employees were quite impolite and lacked professionalism and customer service abilities. Even worse, the staff made us feel very uncomfortable by aggressively locking the doors behind us as we were leaving. The entire situation was utterly unacceptable, unprofessional, and annoying. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! Numerous other Domino's restaurants genuinely care about their patrons. Your time and money are not worth it for this one.

Came here at 12:39AM , the staff was so rude the 2 girls acted like we’re eating for free and a guy with beard said that we can’t dine in , but there’s no where mentioned that we can’t dine in before 1AM , very disappointed. Horrible service and food was half cooked as they just wanted to us to kick out of the store ASAP. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Very bad customer service. I am a vegetarian, and they sent me wrong order of chicken pizza, against my religious belief. When I called them, they shouted at me for taking a bite of that pizza, which I didn’t thought would be chicken. I was okay to return back that pizza, but he was very arrogant. He said he will send another one, which I am not sure!!! Very disappointed!!! Please don’t order here!!!
Disgusting poor quality undercooked food!!! The pizzas were doughy and soft and chewy and undercooked. The cheese tasted old. We were mad we didn't go to Yorkside or Modern but we cheaped out wasting our $. Don't go there! I'll drive elsewhere to avoid this place. Now we know why it was empty on a Friday night and the employees were all standing around bored!

Gluten free I go here because I generally don’t have issues. The gluten free crust is better than most and I travel a lot. You lose a star because you cut my Pizza in squares. It’s the greater New Haven area. Slices please. Also. It’ll never be like a New Haven pizza. But it’s a solid dominos experience. They do the product well.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza is good. Tater tots are good for the bacon and cheddar. (Garlic sauce messes me up. No garlic sauce )
