Tried to be as nice as possible with the Dunkin’ Donuts on the blvd in New Haven/ West Haven town line but enough is enough. Every single time I order an everything bagel with cream cheese I order EXTRA cream cheese because I know they’re stingy with the cream cheese, but even when I PAY for “EXTRA” cream cheese they rip me off! I’m tired of paying for something in not receiving. I’ve had to tell them on multiple occasions (kindly, because i don’t need anyone getting upset and doing something to my food) to add extra cream cheese, I’ve even had to drive all the way back to the location because one time they even went as far as to NOT add ANY cream cheese, which should’ve been my breaking point. The cream cheese “budget” doesn’t come out of their pockets and I’m sure there’s policies in place, but this is ridiculous already. Couldn’t get corporate so had to resort to a review!

this worker sofia was rude, always yelling at her coworkers, and not attentive to the customers. bad experience wont be coming back.
Stopped to use the bathroom. They only have one bathroom for all. Barely any toilet paper left. Ridiculous. Have been to a million Dunkin Donuts and never saw only one bathroom like this. At least restock the toilet paper.
