It's extremely hot inside! I'm talking completely and uncomfortably hot. I can be inside for no more than 2 minutes and start sweating. I feel really bad for the employees that have to work in there for hours at a time. Other than the heat factor, I have no complaints.

Not being from here visiting I accidentally pre-ordered my coffee at the wrong location instead of the woman being helpful she laughed at me. Very disturbing & disrespectful. I wasn't expecting anything when I showed her my order she was very rude & said you have to go there to get it. Very confused I said where that's when she laughed at me. Really is that customer service? At did get my coffee where I was supposed to but even THEY made it wrong. Wow I thought Dunkin was better than that!
