How rude. The past three times I come to this place to get my macchiato they forget to give me my Stevia, this time I told the girl take an order please don’t forget my Stevia she said I don’t make the coffee sir. Basically she said it’s not my problem. Well you know what? You can keep your coffee because I left your drive-through line now you can drink your coffee without the Stevia. How rude? These people don’t give a crap whether you get a good drink from this place or not, obviously no one cares so I will never ever ever come back to this nasty store

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. We arrived at 8:25 PM, well before closing at 9:00, and the employee made it very clear he didn’t want to serve us. He acted annoyed from the start and, after reluctantly taking our order, he didn’t even give us all of it. When we asked about the missing items, he rudely insisted we already took them—even though we were standing there empty-handed. Instead of fixing the issue, he told us to “leave” and even threatened, “don’t make me come out.”
This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. If the store is advertised as open until 9:00, customers should be treated with respect up until closing time. Very disappointing experience and I will not be returning to this location.

Terrible Experience – Never Coming Back! I went to Dunkin’ Donuts tonight around 8:25 PM to grab a coffee, and the guy working there was unbelievably rude. He told me they close at 9:00 PM but refused to serve me, saying they were already closed. When I asked why, he started yelling at me in front of other customers! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. If you close at 9, you should serve customers until 9, not turn them away 35 minutes early. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin’.

Never coming here again. I came to get my food remade from a Dunkin down the street. They refused to make it with attitude saying they couldn’t bc it’s not the same owner. While I used to be a store manager at Dunkin’ and understand that. There’s a customer service common courtesy rule Dunkin’ has to just remake it for the customer. If their boss was there they would’ve remade it. But bc the sandwich station person didn’t feel like it they said no. So disappointed as I usually come to this one. Not anymore

This is a pretty decent Dublin and it was really cheap, I love the doughnuts they taste pretty good and overall it’s ok.
I ordered a cup of coffee and a cup of hot water(since I had my own tea.) They charged me $3.79 for a tea. I accidentally spilt the water out and I went back to the refill and said they were going to charge me again to put a little more hot water in my cup. Unbelievable. I’m going to report this store to corporate.

Everyday.I go there now.I see where they allow homeless people to sleep inside of duncan , laying their head against the window. What store carriages all sit outside of this location of dunkin donuts. Is the community replacing this Dunkin? now with? Seats were already rearranged, and chairs and tables moved out of the sitting area

They say they are open until 9 but close the doors at 8:30 and will not let you go in because “they are cleaning to be out by 9” as the manager I asked to talk to said but their drive thru is open until 9. Worse possible place to go to
