This dd always has an excuse on why they cannot make food or serve food from not having gloves to the food being frozen or not having cups .. the morning crew are lazy and the managers need to do better as they enable the terrible service..

This Dunkin is truly the worse and needs to be shut down , they never have anything fresh , from the milk the bread everything and nobody makes anything right spent $12 for latte and still got regular coffees

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to, 4 People working here and nobody at the front counter workers are standing around wouldn’t let us use the bathroom

I came in at 8:02 the latest to place my order because I work 7 minutes away at 8:30 since I’ve been having issues with cutting it close to being late at going at 8:15 to every Dunkin in this area (sawmill across from Walmart and Valero) I didn’t receive my donuts after the purchase only one of my drinks were made incorrectly. I didn’t get any updates about my food until 8:17. Your crew focused solely on the drive thru. I had to be late to work even after planning ahead. I would very much h like a full refund. I will be holding on to this food until I clock out today. This is ridiculous of you have new hires, someone should be training close by not letting her work on her own.

They are very slow in serving you, they see you standing there and don't even serve you.

the manager what i assume is what he is , always makes sure things are correct i’ll give him that ! it’s messed up they leave him all alone and the heavy set dark skinned lady has a BAD attitude ! my order was incorrect, the manager asks her to fix my order , she starts laughing throws her hands up like 🤷🏻‍♀️ and says “i’m not doing that lmao” , VERY RUDE ..

I walked in and didn’t know what I wanted to order so I was kind of standing by looking at the menu, a older woman with blue hair spoke in a rude manner telling me if I’m not ordering I have to leave. What kind of customer service is this?!?!!!!! Does management exist at this location????

I came in today order a large hot chocolate and a bacon egg and cheese but a white woman with blue hair gave me an attitude while I was ordering. At first it took almost 5 minutes of me standing there before she actually took my order then once she took my order I can hear her sigh and say something under her breath, I ignored it. But when my food came out the bacon was well over cooked. I will never go to Dunkin again after this experience, not with the Time and the money. That white woman respectfully should not be working in food service if she is going to be this disrespectful.
