I walked in and didn’t know what I wanted to order so I was kind of standing by looking at the menu, a older woman with blue hair spoke in a rude manner telling me if I’m not ordering I have to leave. What kind of customer service is this?!?!!!!! Does management exist at this location????

I came in today order a large hot chocolate and a bacon egg and cheese but a white woman with blue hair gave me an attitude while I was ordering. At first it took almost 5 minutes of me standing there before she actually took my order then once she took my order I can hear her sigh and say something under her breath, I ignored it. But when my food came out the bacon was well over cooked. I will never go to Dunkin again after this experience, not with the Time and the money. That white woman respectfully should not be working in food service if she is going to be this disrespectful.

Horrible and the worst one ever! Manager always gives me the wrong tea every single time and doesn't give it to me the way I asked! Always an issue here! I hate this dunkin donuts store! Need new staff and management!!!

One of the worst experiences I ever had at this dunkin, she dint even cared to take my order properly (I ordered hot small signature latte with coca moca) instead she gave me a hot latte and she said I’m giving you guys free whip cream on it not charging for that when I asked her this is not what I ordered she said this is what you said. Anyway the lady taking up order is super rude dint even cared to change my order instead she said I have customer waiting. Please guys try to avoid this place at any cost if you wanna save your dollar!!

Mobile ordered a hot macchiato got a iced one without ice in a hot cup. No one glanced at me at the counter and I waited for over five minutes. Ended up leaving and throwing away the 7$ coffee.

No bathroom.

I go pretty much everyday. Food and drinks are always good and everyone is very nice. The manager was very sincerely sorry for a mix up with my order today and offered me a free cookie. Very appreciative!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I noticed flys all over the food, Upon bringing it to the Managers attention she was very rude, Dismissive. I asked her name and she refused. One of her employees said her name is Melissa but looked fearful of answering the questions. Health department will be called. Place was absolutely disgusting

I generally like this place but they gave me a regular coffee that they tried to pass off as Midnight. Midnight is very strong and what they gave me was very weak. I could only taste Splenda and barely tasted the coffee. I HATE weak coffee. Especially in the morning. I ended up pouring it out and making my own pot, which defeats the purpose. Go to the one across from Walmart instead. At least they'll make a fresh pot of Midnight instead of trying to pull a fast one with WEAK COFFEE!!! ONE STAR!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worseeeee customer service. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half like I do always and the lady told me she couldn’t do that for me. I asked why and she said her manager said if they didn’t wanna do it then they didn’t have to. Mind you I always get my sandwiches cut in half always. Even at this location with no problems what so ever and then all of sudden she can’t? Like how long is it gonna take to cut a sandwich and she’s soooo rude as well.Never again!!!!!
