This is reliably the best Dunkin I've ever been to. They're notably on top of their game, accurate, fast, and friendly (a gem of a combination!) I get the same drink every morning and it's consistently perfect.

I come to this location frequently because they are consistent with my order. I usually come on Thursday’s and Fridays in the morning on my way to drop off my daughter at daycare and even when it’s pretty busy the girls working the window are so nice and my items come out quickly. I go to this location the same two days at night as well, the time at the window is a little longer but they are always kind At the window. I live next to the derby ave Dunkin but will always come out of my way to come to this location as the service is so much better.

The place looks clean and organized but the employees weren’t willing to provide appropriate service. The coffee I orders basically tastes like hot water and they didn’t know that people usually order a toasted bagel twisted with butter. They said they weren’t willing to do it so they gave me a knife to cut the bread and add the butter. Other locations offer that to you and know what it is.

Attitudes in the morning at this D&D , poor service lately, dropping my items out the windows onto the ground several times on separate visits... asking for napkins is a crime apparently..... you can't ask for them. Order was wrong many times.... I'm over this location....I'll visit another one..

Didn't have Nitro ordered on line. Replaced with reg iced and forgot to add paid for cold foam. After an inconvenient turn around got a squirt of whipped cream instead. No clue what else was messed up with the kids orders.

I've had a lot of issues with this Dunkin' location. Last time, my friends and I ordered 12 donuts and 3 coffees. The coffee was fine, but the donuts were stale and not soft. I decided to give it another chance today, ordering an iced latte with extra caramel and 4 donuts. The donuts were stale again, and they made me wait 5 minutes before handing me the coffee, which didn’t have the caramel I asked for. After driving a mile i had my first sip and realised the caramel was missing, I had to go back. They added the caramel without any apology or explanation. It’s been a consistently disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend going to this store.
I ONLY go to Dunkin located at 967 First Avenue, West Haven, CT.The staff at this location is not only friendly and wonderful but they actually care about providing excellent quality coffee and food.Unlike other Dunkin’s that I’ve recently gone to, they change their coffee regularly to keep it fresh, never burnt, and if there’s something you want that they’re out of, they will make it fresh, with a smile!No problems, no attitude and just overall always pleasant!
