I used to love this location when I would stop on my way to work and get breakfast. But it seems to be getting worse and worse !!! Always new workers who are not polite, who get your order wrong half the time. A disgrace ! I do not even stop there anymore I just drive past to go to the other DD in West Haven.

I stopped by to place an order was immediately told to wait a few minutes as they had to power everything up. As we waited for Fatima to notify us that the power was back and running that never happened. We learned that it was back in running when a couple came in went up to the register and placed their order. Mind you we were sitting in the location waiting! Poor customer service

I used to come to this Dunkin’ regularly, but I’ve finally had enough. The bathroom is consistently filthy — we’re talking feces splashed all over the toilet seat, every time. It’s beyond unsanitary.
What’s worse is how they handle food. I’ve seen them place bagels and croissants directly on a crumb-covered workstation that clearly hasn’t been cleaned in ages. When I order something simple like an egg and cheese wrap, it ends up coated in crumbs from who knows what else was prepped there — probably an everything bagel, or maybe just the accumulation of a week’s worth of mess.
Even the donuts are stale half the time, like they’re trying to stretch old inventory to save a few bucks. It’s all around gross. The food handling, the dirty prep area, the neglected bathroom — it all screams poor management and even worse standards.
Honestly, this place needs a surprise visit from whatever company inspects food establishments for cleanliness. They wouldn’t pass. I’m done going there, and I suggest others think twice too.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DUNKIN STORE i ordered 4 everything bagel sandwiches that were toasted and had cream cheese on them and every last one of them were burnt to the point that they werent edible. I had to throw them all out because of how badly burnt they were. And the staff were being very rude they threw the bag in my face and then just walked away instead of saying amything to me like “have a good day”

I like to go to Dunkin in the mornings or sometimes even the afternoon before my classes . Every single time I come to this Dunkin , no matter the time of day, I wait at least 10-15 minutes just at the intercom for someone to take my order . I will say that the staff is always very nice and friendly but the efficiency is horrible . They are also always out of everything and it takes another 15 minutes for the order to come out . I work in a restaurant and I totally understand having to wait some time for my order however , I only ever order a bagel and sometimes drink . There is no reason to have to wait around a half an hour for a bagel and than it comes out hard and stale . I’d like to continue going to Dunkin , but today I finally had enough and had to leave .

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a while now, stopping on my way to school sometimes, and I’m so sorry but they are RIDICULOUSLY slow. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I understand things take time to make and everything can’t be out within like 5 minutes, however, the wait time even just for someone to take your order at the intercom in wild. You could be waiting in line with other cars for like 15-20 minutes, only to get up to the window and have to wait ANOTHER 10-15 minutes for them to bring out your food only for it to sometimes come out such low quality. It’s very frustrating and this establishment needs to do better.

2pm on a Sunday with no cars in the lot I spent 10 min in the drive through with only 1 car ahead of me No stop at dunkin should take that long. I can't wait for automation people truly are just lazy.
