I bought potato gnocchi at the supermarket cooking instructions said 6 minutes. after 8 they were still hard and chewy. Not the soft potato pillows my mom used to make. A total disappointment!!! I’m going to keep practicing and make my own !

Durante's homemade pasta is the best. Fresh, cook it al dente. I've been buying it for years and it has never disappointed me. Their sauces (gravy) and catering service can't be beat either.

If you are local to New Haven and love great pasta, I cannot say enough about Durante's Pasta in West Haven. Small business making fresh, delicious pasta products. My son wanted lobster ravioli for his birthday and they have the BEST! So fabulous and they could not have been nicer.
