Don’t let the great location fool you. This is probably the worst dinner in West Haven. No matter what you order from the menu it’s going to taste like the cooks didn’t even try. Everything is mid, nothing particular extraordinary except the price. You’re paying top dollar to bottom feed. The only saving grace is the polite service from the waitresses, but even that’s not enough to distract from the awful food and ridiculous prices. I have dined here three times and each time the food was always unimpressive. From taste to presentation, it’s just not worth it. The fries are skinny and usually stale (probably not fresh but air fried to seem like it), the burger is tough, and the tacos are just sad. Never wasting my time or money here again.

The dish does not come as described on the menu and when I comment to them, the worker Celina responds despotically saying that the menu is wrong and that it is not her fault and that if I wanted the ingredient that was mentioned on the menu she had to charge me separately . I believe that people with that attitude should NOT work in customer service.

It’s a good place but the ladies are so judgmental in how they speak about others. They also charge for take out boxes which is crazy to me.

El platillo no viene como en la descripción de la carta y al comentarles, la trabajadora Celina contesta déspota diciendo que la carta está mal y que no es su culpa y que si yo quería el ingrediente que decía en la carta me lo tenía que cobrar aparte. Yo creo que gente con esa actitud NO debería de trabajar en atención a clientes

My favorite Puerto Rican place I go to all the time, a place where they treat me like family and where my children and I love their food, place for the family, very good food, very clean place, and the horchata is super delicious, I recommend it ?

They will charge your card and not refund you. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to call the company you use to order because you decided to turn off the online ordering system and not accept online orders.

So I just now came for breakfast to this placeTotally unprofessional very rude Don't want to work with customers at all so I just had to leave the placeI was trying to have an omelette she told me to come tomorrow because they don't have time to make me breakfast Even though place is advertised breakfast all dayI will never go there againI would recommend owners to change the waitress more often and or pay them better so they'll have a little better attitude and willingness to workI will never stop at this place again
